My ex spent some time with Notre Dame's Athletic Director and his wife. They said most of the speculation that went on when they were loosing Weiss was false. His wife said that he parked his car at the school and got a rental car for weeks to trick the media.
I don't want to go through this coaching dilema again next year but you def. can argue that keeping the offence the way it is has the potential to be legandary with Denard.
Hire another spread coach to recruit us some defensive players and let's get this going.

The day before my Chem. lab exam I went into the GSI's office hours and asked a bunch of extremely dumb questions because I only attended a few lectures because they were a waste of time. The GSI made some rude and smart ass comments to me and assumed I was an idiot. I crammed all of the info (it didn't hurt that I kicked ass at Organic Chemistry in HS and am really good at puzzles). As luck would have it the GSI to returned my 100% exam to me was the same ass in office hours. The look on his face was priceless.
Off topic but sort of funny. My ex boyfriends father is a huge Notre Dame fan (Irish Catholic raised the Bronx) and the taught his his kids the Notre Dame fight song at a young age and they had to recite it Frank McCourt Style. But being the politically correct man than he is he altered the lyrics to from "Rally Sons of Notre Dame" to "Rally Sons and Daughters of Notre Dame". When his sister went to school at ND she got into an argument with the professor about the lyrics in during a lecture.
Do you know if with this in place if Michigan is still accepting a similar percentage of in state vs out of state students?
My initial reaction to reading this is that I can easily see out of state students who apply to tons of schools just checking the box as another safety school. I really don't see many in state kids who are planing on going to state really even considering Michigan. Maybe this is an over generalization, but I would guess that for many instate students they will probably not want to add another application fee for a school they don't intend on going to.

But buy a good warm pair of boots the hike is a pain. Also I kept a car freshman year by parking it in the hospital and only taking it out at nights when there wasn't a gate. Genius.
Just get a ton of AP credit (I mean a ton) and then stay 5 years and maybe work part time. You have so much free time in college it is insane. Do like the B school does and spend a ton of time interviewing.
The logo can easily be cleaned up by a professional so it doesn't look so cheap. I'd do it myself but I am incredibly slow on those programs. I tried to find a good example but could only find the one below.
I can't believe they launched a logo that actually looks low resolution. The one on the design firms website is better quality. I've said this before but it should read more B 10 and less BIG
I want to go to the Kentucky Derby but tickets are expensive and it feels like you have to be somebody important to not be slugging around in the mud. (Oh the Derby logo is 1000 times better than the Big Ten logo)
I've never been to the World Cup but I've been to the Rose Bowl '05 (my senior year), Superbowl Detroit and Vancouver Olympics '10. And although nothing beats MICHIGAN football in my book, go to the Olympics. It was the best experience of my life. Just incredible to see people from all over the world competing and showing national pride. It was extremely organized and easy to get around and shocking not that expensive once you get there. Best of all I stayed right on Whistler mountain and got to ski quite literally next to the athletes. Team India was hilarious. The Vohn v. Mancuso rivalry was quite obvious and funny as well. Hockey tickets were out of control but with my lift ticket could ski right up next to the skiing practice and events. The luge was cool too and near impossible to take a photo of them while passing. I have so many incredible photos it was hard to choose. Seriously go!

The problem is that the Big Ten Conference is the United States' oldest Division I college athletic conference. Our new logo is a bit off and the division names are terrible.
Last week I was in Kentucky (had a fantastic time) and I was just reading a University of Kentucky blog about the Big Ten division names. It was a bit painful to read. I'd rather not reference their suggestions. (I now know what Luke Wilson's character in Idiocracy felt like.) My point is that the Big Ten is a highly respected conference with history and these changes are not getting us any more respect.
New PAC 10 logo is far better than their old sunshine logo.
I'm grateful that the Big Ten logo doesn't have a bunch of swooshes. Just because it worked for Nike doesn't mean every company needs to put a swoosh into their logo.
Your color and font seem so much more FOOTBALL than the actual logo. The best logos everything is relevant. Font, color, graphics.
I don't care if this is off topic. I think Blue in a Red State is onto something and wouldn't it be cool if MgoBlog came up with the new logo. I like the use of positive and negative space with the NBA logo. The Big 10 could do something similar with a football. Do we even need to use #12 or #10?
My dad is in the lumber industry and he used to build boards on the bay behind my house. Every year he would build a regulation size rink and nets that would often fall into the bay if we didn't grab them before the ice melted.
So much fun and probably why I can kick most boys butts on skates.

personally I think the 11, 12 numbers incorporation is sort of pointless because it will likely change again.
