Give RIT respect

Really though, you've got to give RIT credit. To come back from 3-0 and 4-2 to a perennial powerhouse? Regardless of being in the AHA, they have beaten big name teams in the short amount of time in Division I. Denver and UNH in the 2010 NCAA tourney, they've beaten Minnesota and they beat two nationally ranked teams last year to win the Catamount cup, by shutting out Ferris State, who went to the national championship, and Lake Superior State. They also beat nationally ranked Cornell two years ago. RIT has been in Division I for 7 years and has defeated a ranked opponent in each of those years, which says a lot, because being in the AHA, they don't get a chance to play many. Respect.
