I can honestly say first hand that neither of the above happened. If you were decent at reporting 'information' you would look up arrest records (available to the public) and see that Carlos Hyde was NOT arrested. 'It sounds like Carlos Hyde was arrested for punching a woman in the face at a nightclub'? Are you kidding me? All you have to do is look up arrest records and see that your story is shit. Please don't spread rumors to gain viewers and instead present factual information.
