Gary Harris is a perimeter scorer and until he was asked to be the point guard Appling was a straight up scorer. He had nearly 40 pts. against Bay City as a senior. He has adapted his game to suit the needs of the team. Who is playing above the room? Robinson and Stauskus are 6'5". McGary is 6'9" and I have only seen him against h.s. competition. Will be interesting to see him and Harris on the US Select Team. We will be able to see how they fare against quality teams. The loss of Green and Wood cannot be underestimated to be sure but a good look at this team would reveal that we are bringing back a team that has gained a lot of experience. Is Burke going to play all 40 min of every game next year. Brundidge didn't play but a couple of minutes. Lastly, watch out for the Hardaway/Burke rivalry next season. This was supposed to be Hardaway's team next year. With both Burke and Hardaway playing for the NBA, it may not be smooth sailing next year.

You lose four years in a row and you trumpet your 9 shared national titles that came before women could vote. You have two good years in basketball, which is good for everyone in the Big Ten and you jump all over MSU to accept you as our basketball equal. Can you stop whipping out your recruiting class like it is some giant dong we should all envy? MSU has a higher recruiting class but we don't beat you over the head with it. If you have been there, then act like you have been there. It is so "douchey" to sit around on your "basic furniture" and trash MSU. If you don't like this team, you just don't like basketball. Regardless of the colors worn, you have to be impressed by what Draymond Green has done for this team even if you are sick of reading about. Start calling schools by their real name and quit waving around the big block M and expecting others to go one knee to worship you and people might start respecting you.
