Refreshing. When I played at UM I looked forward to the Saturday service after breakfast. One time in particular, I'll never forget it, before a game the "Reverend" talked about going to strip clubs with his "homies" and used the "N" word many times. Needless to say, Lloyd who was ever the consummate gentleman, apologized to all of us the next day back at Schembechler Hall. But thanks, Rev. I'm sure it meant more to the players than it did to you.
I just realized how that read. Obviously, this was atypical and the only time in my years on the team that anything like that happened at the service.
Yes to what #4 said. Contact the Athletic Office and volunteer your services. It'll save them the hassle of having to find someone they aren't necessarily sure of.
