I would definitely say CD is…

I would definitely say CD is a "drop whatever you have planned" type of course. That's quite the solid bucket list as well. I would LOVE to spend a week or three in Australia/New Zealand/Tasmania and hit the Sand Belt region.

And yeah, I love the Streamsong property to death, but aside from a few gems, golf in Florida leaves a lot to be desired. There are some really cool classic and quasi classic courses like Sara Bay, Bradenton CC, Timuquana, CC of Orlando, Pine Tree and places like that but they are few and far between unfortunately

Wow - OP that is quite the…

Wow - OP that is quite the list. Sand Hills and NGLA are probably 1 and 2 on my bucket list! Curious what the next couple of course on your wish list would be.

As far as it goes for me:

1) Crystal Downs - so many truly unique holes (5-8 is an otherworldly stretch) and I couldn't imagine a better spot to have a beer after a round than the chairs overlooking the 18th and lake Michigan. Special place

2) Oakland Hills (South) - as others have said, hard to describe how cool the green complexes are. Can't wait to see the changes!

3) Monterey Peninsula (Shore) - immaculate conditioning with like 14 holes on the Pacific.

4) Bloomfield Hills - Caddied here throughout middle school, high school and college and played 36 every Monday. Special place in my heart. Also can't wait to see the changes from last summer!!

5) Lancaster CC - supremely underrated

6) Philly Cricket Club (Wissahickon) - absolute brute without the threat of losing a golf ball

7) Streamsong (Blue, then red, then black) - cheating a bit here, but living in Tampa does not afford me much quality golf, so having Streamsong inside of an hour away is a God send

8) Huntingdon Valley - first real experience with firm and fast conditions and fell in love

9) Bull's Bay - super fun Stranz course

10) Quail Valley GC - Florida golf isn't my favorite, but Quail is about as good as it gets.

For those that make trips to northern Michigan with any sort of frequency, you should make Belvedere a must play. Spectacular set of greens and you'll almost certainly play in 3:30 or so. Similarly, if you have the chance to play the Loop at Forest Dunes on the day where you can play both ways (the 31st of months), absolutely take advantage of that. Bit of a mind bending experience

Tim Tebow is on the list?

Really?

cool

cool

It depends on what you're looking for

247 and scout probably have the best recruiting coverage (head and shoulders above Rivals at this point) but Rivals is far and away the best actual team coverage in my opinion.  Rivals is my favorite at this point. If I were to rate them in ranking service I would go Rivals, 247, Scout, ESPN, layout: Rivals, 247, ESPN, Scout and Recruting info: 247, Scout, ESPN (basically the same for those three) and then Rivals.

I'm sure

This will having no bearing on his decision.

No

To coach at Ohio State, you have to have some success, and probably not have been fired from your last job

I really would like

I would like to see how a 3-4 lineup would look.  It would be kind of interesting because Ojemudia would be perfect as a outside backer/rusher for a 3-4 and it seems as though Strobel, Godin and Wormley (if he commits) would be perfect size for the 5 tech (6-6, 260-270) hopefully either Pipkins or O'brien would be near perfect nose tackle. And then with all the linebackers we'll have on roster, it could be interesting.

I disagree

If he replied, "it was awesome" it could mean that he saw everything he needed to for a decision.  It wouldn't make sense to say it was awesome if he went home early because he was disappointed with the visit.

Probably been said but

I think one of the biggest reasons why this class is being looked at so highly right now is how down Michigan's name has been, and the sudden interest that Hoke has sparked, and how the staff is getting kids to completely change their decision timeline.  It's not so much that we are racking in the 5 stars, but more of getting interst from people who had very little to begin with like Se'Von Pittman, Adolphus Washington, Tom Strobel, and even guys like Zeke Pike and Gunner Kiel who at one point were just pipe dreams, and then out of no where, we're dissapointed that we didn't/most likely won't get them.

I believe

I think they are talking more in terms of top teir, near 5 star talent because there is normally a couple in the top 80 or so.  But it is definitely one of the deeper years I can think of

you have to take into account The strength of that position for the year as well. This year there aren't that many high level (5 star type) linebackers. The players are ranked regardless of position
Probably

Ron Thompson

My Guess

My guess is Ohio State unfortunately

Fred

Fred must have calmed down then if he's only exaggerating by 7,000

I know this is an unpopular opinion but...

I gotta say, I kinda like the white pants.  Go ahead and kill me know

Offer?

Wayne Morgan does not have an offer yet, right?

5-2

I know they said a linebacker would be playing close to the line/on the edge, but that's the first time I have heard about a 5-2 look.  That's interesting

No

That is Stefon Diggs, he is a WR

Wisconsin

I like Wisconsin's chances as well, believe it is definitely down to those two

It's not likely

It's not likely that we beat out Wisconsin for a Wisconsin prospect.  It doesn't really happen for any school.

But

They just won a national title and beat Alabama, the Spartons were beat to all hell by Alabama.  And you could probably make that reference to any SEC/ACC team

Do not worry

I am a dude lol, and you bring up a good point, but this way they clog up the board and I can't find the tressel talk

We should probably just hold We should probably just hold an open thread on Sparty's arrests/troubles with the law
It's gotta be Tressel

Let's look at this.  Jim Tressel has a book about being a great person/leader/character/with integrity.  He teaches classes at OSU about Ethics and integrity.  He consistently lied to the NCAA, his bosses, and the media.  Numerous, numerous issues with violations.  Oh, and by the way, Dantonio happens to be a Tressel disciple, so he is responsible for another guy on the list!

Yep

He was not part of it

It fooled me lol

It fooled me lol

His teammate

Is Armani as close to making a decision as Camren is?

But

This statement is so ridiculous that it deserves to be posted multiple times right...?

the best one

I think the best one is the P.L. remix. I'm not sure how to provide a link from my phone, but this might work http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yB1r5mazUZ8

tom strobel High academics is probably why OSU isn't interested
Height

This is the same as picking out 3 Stars who end up playing like 5 stars, it is the exception to the trend.  Peyton: 6-5, Brady 6-4. Matt Ryan 6-4, Rodgers 6-2, Roethlisberger 6-5, Philip Rivers 6-5.  Vick and Brees are big time exceptions

Tommy Schutt

Gotta believe it is Tommy Schutt, DT from Illinois.

Dorial

Jim Stefani said a few days ago that "He will be better than CJ if he lives up to his potential. Scary good."

sorry Harbaugh was going to coach in the orange bowl no matter what, and see was long gone unfortunately
Confused on how a four star Confused on how a four star is a reach
Raven I completely agree, especially with his ranking/film considering be has only played football for two years
seriously It's starting to feel like I'm reading in the Fort right now
Fsu is also the school that Fsu is also the school that very recently had over 80 kids in their athletic programs get penalized for cheating
I would switch shockley with I would switch shockley with tebow, Wolfe with Peterson, and jarrett with either mike Williams (usc) or Percy harvin as a more all purpose player
Wondering the same thing

I couldn't find anything

Wale

He played football in college so he has to be somewhat athletic
