It does really depend on where you live in the Bay Area, though. Weather in the city of SF is normally cold and rainy when it's warm and dry out by Walnut Creek.
I have to agree that this 110 scholarships isn't the only way we should look at this metric, and it isn't the only metric we should look at. "Medical" redshirts is a great metric, and so is the number of scholarships filled altogether.
Or a more recent basketball recruit: Alex Legion. At the time we thought he was going to save the program, and then he went and committed 4 other places and transferred 3 times.
I don't think Hardaway will go pro after this season. It's a bad year for it. Last year, with the lockout hanging over the NBA, some didn't leave for the draft. Might as well stay, THJ.
We still haven't beaten a top 25 team. I'm not saying there's no way we win the B1G, and I love this hype, but we could easily lose enough to not make the B1G championship.
I'm with you. But overall I think being ranked gives more legitimacy to the program. Yes, Michigan most wins/best win %/etc, but being ranked is an indication that we're doing well. That's all.

Saying we didn't execute is passing the blame onto the players, even when he says that he takes the blame.
Why did the band director stop dancing?
I heard they were thinking about getting rid of the tree, but then some Berkley students chained themselves to it.

Also, I've never had Black Note Stout, but I'd bet it would be #1 or #2. Can't believe this was the first mention of Expedition Stout.
You're a bastard for buying 2 cases of it in that situation. Everyone on here is a bastard for hyping my favorite beer on a football message board.
Thanks for the link. I first wondered why the Rihanna beater would have a blog on NYTimes, but now I appreciate the humor of the good Chris Brown.
Go Blue!
Yes, that is his saying.

"Especially when it involves money."
FTFY.
Nice try, Dave Brandon.

Do you think that Craig James killed 5 hookers while at SMU without realizing he would one day run for public office?
Press play, then scroll up and listen to the music while watching the gif.
This thread made my day 10 times over. Awesome.
Does everything need an abbreviation?
Agree with your point. Negged for saying it like a jerk.

And the point after.
Aren't Regents elected officials? There you go.
Yes, Nelson, I also think that water tower looks funny.
I negged you just because you said you knew you'd get negged for speaking your mind. Most here will agree that MSU was the better team.
You must be THE KNOWLEDGE's new POTW.

If nothing else, let it go because she's in high school.
Cousins seems to see the world in black and white, when it's really a gray scale.

Mrs. McGary should hop on the Michigan Mom bandwagon before it gets too full.

Bucknuts assistant editor seems a bit more concerned THAN you...
We tried a blue out once. 2005 Ohio State game, anyone?
I'd +1 you if I could.
HALOL! I lost my voting privileges for doing the same thing this guy did.
This column could be tied for my favorite with UV.
Does anyone remember or can anyone find the string of puns using like words? It was something in the same vein as this one: http://www.bordom.net/view/48161/Facebook_Puns_Harrrrr_

Clemson will be ranked ahead of us. I doubt we'll be higher than 24.

It looks good if you're in the top 25 to recruits, potential fans, students, etc.
For recognition, yes.
Denied. Love this column.
Any ideas in Gainesville, while we're at it? I'd prefer something close to the stadium so I can catch the Gators-Volunteers after the real game.
Well said. Big Ten first, especially since they're both Michigan opponents.
If they weren't watching the game they may have just skipped over the sarcasm.
