Have a Masterbuilt 800 gravity series grill with griddle and love it! Uses charcoal but self feeds and can put enough charcoal in for 8 hours. Also have a pitboss electric smoker for briskets and pulled pork for ease of maintaining heat. Couldn't be better for those 23 hour cooks. Also have a small pellet grill (A Chimp) that is good for the quicker cooking with slight smokiness.
brisket does need to get to 203-205 to render all that fat and make it super tender. lower temp and its just a tough piece of meat. soux vide is the best, but can't fit a brisket in my tub!

Thanks for all the info. Just started looking for a vehicle for my son who is at Michigan Tech (picked over Michigan) and needs an awd vehicle. Great thread at the right time!
i ran into dantonio at a wedding a couple months ago and i went up and talked to him. he was very civil even though i told him i was a Michigan guy. i asked if he had an office in the athletic building and he said no, but he did keep in touch with the program quite a bit from his home office. he did say he was still being "taken care of" by MSU. My slappie spartan friends there were too afraid to go talk with him.
Tyler is from my area up in the thumb and i know him well. he does a great job with hard to get photos. check out his website. Way to go tyler leipprandt!
We had my sons first high school game of the season last night and the players were required to wear the masks, but were allowed to wear them around their chins, not covering their nose or mouth and this was considered ok. they said the football team was going to do the same. They walk on the field with them in place, and then pull them down once the game starts. Really didn't help much.
I am from the thumb and the wolverine did pass away several years ago and was stuffed and is now on display throughout the state. the local officials are trying to get the poor bugger back to display here. i personally would like to see him on display at lansing to scare their women and children.

i'm happy they can do this, but i can't stand rob parker. I think he may be the worst radio host on sports talk radio ever.
Guy who took the picture is the son of a friend of mine. I know this guy well! Great guy and his pictures are great! Get direct!
Damn, thanks so much Ace!

Its nice to watch the team play defense again!
Hey! i know that guy! He's sending me a bunch of money too!
maybe they didn't slap the floor hard enough on defense.
Reminds me of Izzo. Not going to make excuses (proceeds to make a hundred excuses)!
Those are some awesome photos! Wow!
