Great content, thank you for sharing OP. It's always beneficial to know the strengths/weaknesses of upcoming opponents. What CFB subreddit was this posted to?

it just looks tacky.
the best student football shirt that ever existed was the 2003 shirt -
why? The helmet was slightly different shade but directly blended into the shirt, which is tastefully done. The front of the shirt wasn't busy, it had the M/year/and helmet.
The back of the shirt didn't have a stupid schedule. Having the schedule there is artistically lazy - at least have our accomplishments listed, a quote from Bo, hell - anything but the schedule. Give people something unique and fun each year that celebrates the history of Michigan, not some stupid schedule.
Seriously though - this a huge 100M+ year contract, and I'm year over year disappointed in what the student shirt ends up being. I'm an alumnus now, don't even wear the student shirts anymore, but it just strikes as being lazy/not Michigan with the crappy designs they've managed to come up with during the Adidas era, and this Nike shirt isn't much better.

Some great comments/stories in the thread, I really appreciate it. I'm a newbie to all this, so the anecdotes help.
For my situation, it sounds like I'll want to follow this -
'What you should do: lift weights and eat a clean surplus (to gain mass) and use HIIT (to remain lean without losing that mass).'
along with these lifts - 'Squat, Bench, Overhead Press, and Deadlift', to begin with.

if I wasn't so invested with my TiVos, I'd probably do this. You can ahem, *find*, pretty much everything else online.
Only thing I might miss would be the travel/cooking channels, but there's so much of that available on YouTube now.

Was really surprised how young the crowd was that came out for this game. Felt like most of the people there were between 26-35.
Initially I was kinda meh when they played EDM after some stoppages, but it really got the crowd going. I started to enjoy it!

Was my first Wings playoff game in a long time. Holy shit, that was much fun. Don't think I've ever been a crowd that raucous at the Joe before, maybe some of the Stanley Cup games in the late 90s come close.

did the original live broadcast carry the whole game?
|25 weeks 6 days ago||huge difference between airing primetime games||
and producing/running a channel that carries as much programming as the BTN does for the conference. I just don't see ABC/ESPN interested in creating/managing that. The only thing that's come close to that sort of programming is the Longhorn Network, and that's been a disaster (financially) for them.
As bad as the B1G is with respect to their commentary and video production, they have a pretty big challenge with respect to producing all the content that they do.

did not know that. Does it have TSN + ESPN?
|25 weeks 6 days ago||"You think ABC wants to give up Michigan-OSU, Michigan-Michigan"||
I hope not, but I don't think there's nearly as much elasticity in pricing as what people perceive, and these decisions aren't made by people who have much loyalty if it stands in the way of making money.
|25 weeks 6 days ago||I truly don't see ESPN/CBS as being interested||
I think they'll bid - but only to lighten the wallets of their competitors. NBC/Fox are the only ones in play, and other than broadcasting ND games, I don't think NBC has much experience with carrying a whole conference. So it's Fox or bust. And as much as I would love to see a bluff bid turn into a winning bid for one of the other networks, I'm resigned to it being Fox.
Fox has to know this, so I think they'll be pretty reserved in their bidding.

Steel sharpens steel. Playing in this shit conference is not conducive to building a program to compete with the top programs of other conferences

Harbaugh has also put on a bit of weight (bit of a gut now), although it's hard to eat healthy when you travel as much as he does.

|36 weeks 6 days ago||For those hand waving away||
For those hand waving away the fact that OSU got an extra $100 million and it doesn't matter, you're crazy. If you think they take that pool of money spread it evenly amongst the varsity teams at Ohio Stats, you're also gullible. They're going to put the vast majority of this money into football/basketball, because they are the two teams that largely allowed this size of a deal to be signed in the first place. Fortunately, our donor base eclipses theres. In the next decade, I'd like to see Harbaugh flip the script with respect to the relative value of each deal.
