40 weeks 4 days ago	the presumption of innocence	only applies in court.  If a jury acquits Fitz on the reasonable doubt standard, but he has already admitted, or tacitly admitted, that he was drunk driving to Hoke, he is subject to punishment by the team.  That high standard of proof is designed to keep people out of prison, not playing in the Alabama game.

1 year 32 weeks ago	Not enough credit to Denard	I just keep telling myself: 3 INTs, still scored 42 points.  Even if he throws a mind-bending INT vs. State, M is still scoring 30 points.   Go blue.
4 years 14 weeks ago	short term bad/mid term good	I just don't consider this bad news. If M is gonna be successful, one of the two freshman will be starting by mid-season. That means at best, Threet was a caretaker for the first few games, some of which we'd lose regardless of who is standing behind center. If you are Threet, this really is the only decision. You're looking at starting five or six games for the the rest of your college career (if neither of the freshmen work out this year, RR just grabs another duel threat next year).
