If we were to make a Final Four once every 5 years I would be happy. Especially now that we have Harbaugh leading us to a CFP probably about once every 3 years.
I haven't looked recently, but if I had to guess I'd say that all those ND crystal ball picks came prior to Michigan offering him. There were rumors that ND was one of a few major programs on the verge of offering Davis right before we swooped in.
In class today in med school we learned about neural control of the vasculature. But I'm pretty sure I have zero control of the high blood pressure this coaching sure has given me, though. Please come home Jim!
Great piece, Alex! I enjoyed every second reading this and look forward to this narrative expanding as Spike's career progresses. You've been a great addition to the blog.
I thought he'd go somewhere with a stronger program than SMU too. But he is from Texas originally and went to A&M. Perhaps he's hoping to restore SMU football and then bide his time waiting for the A&M job to open up.
Here's hoping that if we hire Miles that he brings in Pelini as his DC again. Although I'm pretty sure Pelini won't have a lot of trouble finding another HC gig.

Well if there's one thing we learned from the Brady Hoke tenure it's that player development is generally more important than recruiting.

#1 is definitely Northside, IMO. #2 Angelo's. #3 Good Egg
My studying efficiency has dropped to zero with this rollercoaster of a coaching search going on. C'mon Jimmy!
Gotta go with OBJ, IMO. Manning is more reliable than Hoyer.

No doubt, start DeAndre. That's what I'm doing on my team for first week of playoffs. Cam Newton has been pretty awful this season too.

Please tell me this is a joke. You want a recently fired coach to call our top choice and beg for him to clean up his mess?
