It's not like he started the bowl game and that was it.  He had 5 starts under his belt with one coming in columbus. I'm actually not worried about the DL to be honest. The only "worry" I have is interior OL, I'm positive the pure talent is much better than a year ago but hope it doesn't take a long time to gel. Other than that with Devin even being remotely accurate (read about 58-60% at worst) the WR spot should be fine.

The VCU team speed is much much quicker than Arkansas and secondly VCU expects to win where it seems like Arkansas hopes to win. Also, if your not making shots then the press is still effective. This will be a test to see how good the other guards are with pressure on them with the ball. Team hasn't seen this kind of pressure all year long. Also if the bigs were ever going to get something going inside this is the game to do it.

13 weeks 3 days ago	Can we stop comparing this	Can we stop comparing this team to past great teams. All those teams would crap on this team because they play DEFENSE. Even that Florida 06 team played DEFENSE. This team is built to outscore you and if you get them in a halfcourt set they are in deep trouble. Let's not worry about sparty as they clearly do what they need to do to get motivated. Maybe we need to find something to get motivated and play D at some point.  This tough stretch excuse is getting really annoying. Tough teams that grind it out win those type of games and this team didn't.

As far was the Wright/Dakich bitchfest...all I'll say about coaching is that Linden HS in Michigan used to be a solid program and is now currently 1-15 and their league is TERRIBLE.

They have shown a very good ability to find very good players in the back 7 the last couple years. Offense on the other hand could be a problem.

Need more guys like Staratore doing hoops games instead of Valentine/Burr

We do it in hoops all the time and it is pretty fun but I would love to strap the pads on one more time.
