6 weeks 1 day ago	Significant figures	I am a structural engineer, I pointed out the flexural hinge on the shirt with Lewan's twosie, and I HATE it when people use too many decima points just because thats what excel spits out. Now Brian, I must say that 1.2 and 0.7 isnt correct. Correct use of significant figures in that case would be 1.2 and 0.71. Nonetheless, I appreciate  you bringing this overlooked part of data analysis to the forefront of Mgoblog.

Hasnt been done before or since.  As an aside, Memphis State (Memphis) had to vacate thier position in the Final Four that year. So Big East had 3 in the final three. Thanks Wikipedia.

If he cant get win the conference with his best team or make it to the Sweet 16 with his best team then he is not good enough. I agree they had a a really fun team to watch and the win over IU was huge for the program. Also, does Minny really want another Brewster to follow after Mason. I made this argument to my MN alumni friend and he said sure, but we will get Shaka Smart. I said, he turned down U of I. He said, Minny's AD was the AD at VCU and he and Shaka are besties. I said, oh, then he should get fired.
