Just to provide some support to the idea that Hill is most likely trolling, the top comment on his instagram announcement is comment by current michigan commit Cam Calhoun. Someone responded to Calhouns comment by saying "Cam if you're in on it too, like this comment", which Calhoun has. I think Hill just wants somekind of big reveal where he pulls a michigan hat out from under the table, but we shall see on the 21st.

Definitely possible, as long time stasis that occurs from a flight is a risk factor for PE, but it sounds like he didnt have any of the associated symptoms that acompany a PE, (coughing up blood, leg/calf edema and pain, plueritic chest pain). Also, any competent hospital would have had that high on their differential due to his recent travel and would have done a rule out.
