The Manning side is blaming black teammates and a woman for Peyton's lack of maturity and decency! The guy gets off for everything he does and he can go into every situation without worry because of his last name and who his father is. The defamation is worse than the crime and for that woman's career to be ruined by it is deplorable. I am sick and tired of hearing his smugness and hearing everyone defend every step or noodle throw he makes.
The second HGH allegations were made against him guys like Peter King, Chris "fraud" mortenson, and Adam silver defended him and said let's look at the evidence and said it was a non-issue. These are the same men who came for blood with little to no truth or evidence on Tom Brady. The State run media that is ESPN and NFL network need a reality check and know that spreading falsities and ruining reputations on no grounds other than their own interests is wrong. Perception is everything and maybe what everyone thinks about Peyton has been wrong this whole time. He's able to get away with things because of this perception and even ruin innocent people's lives. It's also funny after reading this article that not one person on his team would testify on his behalf. Everyone who did said the opposite!
I'm not sure I am as quick as others to make the Pie for Evans trade. Not only is Evans a better athlete, he offers more position versatility. Don't get me wrong, I am not saying that Pie Young is not a good athlete, I am saying that Evans is a dynamic athlete.
Also, losing Evans to our biggest rival will sting for sure. I am hoping this is not a Gareon Conley situation. O what could have been with him as a starting corner opposite JD.
I am under the opinion that there is no way Jim Harbaugh loses this kid without a fight but with OSU being a dream offer and them in a more desperate position, who knows what will happen.
Either way, It is going to be a busy last couple weeks of this recruiting cycle and it will be fun to watch coach Harbaugh close on prospects that seemed to slip the other way in the past. i.e Gary, Long, Crawford

The attrition that will come after the season will be very interesting to follow. For a lot of guys you can see the writing on the wall but this staff will also have to make some tough calls on some guys that in other years may still be given an opportunity. I trust this staffs judgement because they know what it takes to be successful because they have been successful. Based on year 1, the future of Michigan football is in good hands.
I enjoy reading MGoFish's take on recruiting because yes, he is glass half full, but at the same time he is very detailed as well. He provides a compact analysis of all that is heard from premium sites/ his own sources and brings them to one place. The biggest thing is that he does not claim that all the info that he puts down in his best guess lists or his updates are his own and gives credit where it is due. He doesn't steal for his own gain and is making accurate assessment of all the recruiting info that is out there. There is a lot to be said about what he does because in todays day of recruiting there are lots of recruiting "experts"

Didn't Jed York fire Harbaugh because he wanted to control personnel decisions and because he didn't see eye to eye with upper management and ownership? To say that Harbaugh left the 49ers in bad hands does not make sense because they didn't want him anymore. It was their decision to go in another direction. It's like anyone who moves on from a position that they are not wanted anymore, you look for greener pasture and Harbaugh found it at Michigan.
Also, it's not Harbaugh's fault that the 49er's hired a glorified defensive line coach who was lobbying for Harbaugh's job midseason to turn their team around. A glorified defensive line coach turned head coach reminds me of someone else... rhymes with Grady Joke and we all know how that one turned out.

Everyone has been saying for a while that "just win and the rest will take care of itself." That is what is happening right now. Recruits loved the Harbaugh hiring but most were waiting to see how he would do. Kareem Walker was very outspoken on the Harbaugh hiring and now he's seen it live. Kareem Walker sees the opportunity for carries here and this will only build after another great performance this week.
Dylan Crawford seems like a perfect fit for harbaugh's scheme. He loves to block, and looking at his film it looks like he has just as much fun jacking someone up to help a teammate than catching a touchdown. That seems like a great fit for what Harbaugh is building here. A receiver who loves to block that can make plays. Sign him up now! Also, great timing for his official! Beat Sparty!

When Harbaugh and Durkin were hired, Dymonte was the first player that came to mind on who could be the breakout/the player who benefits the most this year. Kid was rushed into action his freshman season because of how athletic he was, depth issue, and he was an EE. With Greg Jackson/Zordich and Durkin all taking this kid under their wing, I think he is going to make the plays that were expected of him when he enrolled here. Dymonte already has the athleticism, and now he has the coaching, I think he pulls it all together now!
If Drake Harris is finally healthy then that is a very good thing for UM. Based off of his skillset, WR's on the team, and numbers when healthy, Harris could make an impact right away.
This kid is a beast. He seems very athletic that can get to the 2nd level on the run-block. I have no clue how the competition is in SD but this kid looks like a freak.
The biggest get to me at this point, based on timelines that make sense, would be Ben Bredeson. This kid has the potential/size to be an early contributor on this line. Plus interior O-Line is a big need for this class! I'm pumped!
It would make sense if it was Onwenu because a mystery visitor came today. With all the in-state kids and a bunch of Cass Tech kids on campus it would've been an easy tag-along for big Mike.
Bredeson is the most important recruit visiting this weekend and I hope the staff rolls out the red carpet. Maybe Harbaugh picks him up at the airport with Drevno tagging along!

The thing that Michigan has going for them and what this visit can do is just remind him of why Michigan has been at the top throughout his recruitment. Bredeson has been highly interested in Michigan even through all the losing and coaching turmoil and that has to be a good sign right?
The Patriots are in a numbers crunch right now. They needed to get under 90 players and have a huge need for corners and LB's so they had to do something. Without picking any corners in the draft (which was very questionable because there were some good DB's on the board at a few places where they picked), not resigning Revis or Browner, and releasing Arrington (not that big of a loss IMHO) cause a huge void in the Patriots defensive backfield. I hate the move as I thought he could perform very well in the Patriot system if given a shot but it's not as hard to understand when you look at it from a numbers standpoint. He's got the much needed size that the Patriots lack at WR but WR is not a huge need for the Pats. He'll land on his feet somewhere but till then, good luck to Devin and I will be a fan of his whereever he goes!
No, I think you need to understand science. It explains away why the NFL spent millions of dollars to investigate the equivalent to a minor speeding ticket. Also, exposes Ted Wells as for what he is, a non-independent investigator who was hired to find the Pats guilty. He surely wasn't given all this time to find the Pats innocent which was made pretty clear in his report. A NFL biased, 200 + page of probably's and holes.
This analysis is based solely on circumstancial evidence and not reliable data or anything direct.
And only measured 4 Colts balls compared to 11 Pats balls. Hmmm... No numbers recorded before the game.. How do they know that the range of PSI drop of the Pats balls does not fall within the Ideal Gas Law but all of sudden they know that the psi drop of the Colts balls does? That does not make sense.
I thought that Roger Goodell was public enemy number 1 right now for Patriot fans but I think Mike Silver may have joined that territory. If not 1 then a close 2ab. This just shows that his feeling never went away and I'm sure hearing that you're the top QB for 2016 from Harbaugh feels pretty good. Costello is the recruit that I am most pumped and I hope the coaching staff is able to close this one out.
With UM getting 3 qb's in the last cycle, including O'korn, if Costello was to commit, would the coaching staff still push for Eason/Peters? Or on the flip side, would UM be kind've dealing with the same issue that OSU is dealing with this recruiting cycle? (too much young qb depth) I know Harbaugh takes two for each class, but there are definitely more pressing needs in this class at other positions.
I don't really understand all this negativity! Give this staff a break on this class because they have only been on for a month and half of that was a dead period in the recruiting calendar. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions but I don't agree with the pessimism. It's dissapointing that UM may miss out on some of these big prospects but I trust the players that Harbaugh brings in will not be a waste. It takes time but I am more confident than ever that Jim Harbaugh and this staff will bring this great program back to where it belongs.
I am liking this style of Jay Harbaugh. You can tell this staff loves to coach and loves UM. No matter who the player is, how many stars they have, preferred walk-on or #1 player in the country, these coaches will support their players.
