2 years 17 weeks ago	Agreed	Brian's wording could have been ... more tactful. But his sentiments I think should be taken to heart. Diversity on your coaching staff is a very good quality to have for a number of reasons and we appear to have a homogenious staff at the moment.

I dont see how his staying but being moved elsewhere is much of a victory outside the fact that we all like having him around but i want a dreaded quarterback not a dreaded james rogers here-there-everywhere cornerback/wr master of nothing.
