1 year 28 weeks ago	The grand jury's report for	The grand jury's report for that case read worse than this one. Easy to say it's a terrible example when you read up on the trial. (which hasn't happened for this case)
1 year 28 weeks ago	384 children "testified" that	384 children "testified" that they had been abused in the Mcmartin preschool case. 40something of them gave testimony that appeared in the grand jury report. Once the case went to trial, it happened to have a lot of holes....... The problem is that a lot of people in this board have assumed a "presumed guilty" attitude that goes against everything this country's constitution and legal system stands for. The way some of you talk, we should be sending the guy to the electric chair right away... Screw the trial.
1 year 28 weeks ago	You don't know how the	You don't know how the victims were interviewed. You don't know who they are or what they might actually say when they're called to testify. You don't even know if they will testify if this case actually goes to trial. He did not admit anything conclusive in 1998. The janitor doesn't count because he now suffers from dementia and he never testified, legally it never happened. McQueary's testimony will be attacked by 2 different legal teams, and the fact that he waited 10 years to speak out puts a dent into its credibility. The McMartin Preschool trial had 41 children testifying that they had been molested during the Grand Jury phase of the case.. Read up on what happened afterwards. You simply don't know what's going on behind the scenes right now. There's more things that you don't know than the ones you do, and yet you write like you had access to every detail... Then you go on to accuse me of pathetically seeking attention(????)...

He certainly wasn't rushing to report anything to the police a decade ago.... and the three people he actually did talk to all say he said something different from what he's now saying he said. But you guys seem to think that it's much more likely that the 3 of them heard McQueary say that he witnessed Sandusky have anal sex with a child and decided to brush it all under a rug and act like nothing happened. Sure... that's super credible.
1 year 28 weeks ago	Not sure where I should write	Not sure where I should write about this...   My real account (Jinxed) keeps getting captchas thrown at it whenever I try posting anything. I originally had 250-300 points but made a thread that apparently angered one of you guys and got negged to -1232492342304239432149... I mentioned it here and got brought back to -1. However, the whole situation with the captchas makes that account unusable because every time I miss one I get locked out. Is there anything that can be done?

Precisely, that's what court trials are for. Meanwhile, you guys are ready to lynch the guy before he gets a chance to defend himself from the allegations. I'm not saying that I believe he's innocent. However, if there's a .0001% chance that he's not guilty... we should all shut up and wait and see what happens. I'm sure a big portion of this board was convinced Casey Anthony was guilty and was going to jail for what she did.. look at her now walking around with her Ohio State hat on. There's also the Duke lacrosse scandal to serve as example. The truth is no one here knows how this whole thing is going to play out because you've only read the grand jury report and that's obviously just one side of the coin. You don't know what might happen later on, you don't know what the victims will testify once they go to the stand. How many witnesses did the prosecution for the McMartin trial have?
