6 weeks 5 days ago	My point was	that without the scandal, we would likely have not had poor coaches & poor attendance.  Our future, BB-wise would likely have been sky high, attendance would have been much better, better tv revenue, etc. which should have led to an upgrade of facilites.  Anyway, I like how things are now, it just should not have taken 20 years.

Ellerbe was hired because Fisher was fired.  Are you saying that without the scandal, we would still have had Ellerbe, Amaker, poor recruiting, poor attendance and deteriorating facilities?  Who knows, without the scandal, we might be calling the refurbished Crisler Arena "The house that Chris built."  However, predictions are hard, especially about the past.

24 weeks 4 days ago	It matters not who we	play in the bowl game.  We will play a team that is better than any team we played all year, save Alabama.  With fundamental weakness in the running game (non existent), a qb in Gardner who has great potential, but little experience on the big stage and a predictable offensive attack, we are doomed.  I pine for the years when opponents feared our running and passing game-may take a couple years.

The legal system and the NCAA will do what we hope is right.  PSU will be punished for what it did and did not do for many years and will pay in loss of stature and many dollars for its crimes.  The program, rightfully so, will never be the same.  So the author wants the program to be non profit for what, 40 years, 50 years?  Who cares about the statue.  That does not help the victims, nor will 50 years of non profit.

48 weeks 3 days ago	Johnny Miller and Roger Maltbe	work for NBC, so must be a blend, but still-this is the US Open.  The difference between a great shot and a good shot in my opinion is mostly luck, not what I want to see, not what is fair and right.  Score relative to par means nothing except to us hackers who like to see the pros shoot above par.
