Why is it so difficult for people to spell 'Isaac?' It's a real name, and 'Issac' is not.

Higher risk of injury, too. I don't think offseason conditioning/motivation is an issue for this guy...

Given the question of 'who hasn't Beilein developed?' is a much more difficult one that 'who has he developed?', I like our chances. I'll keep betting the farm on him until he gives me a good reason not to

Whatever. Let the pundits keep picking us to lose, it seems to piss the kids off and make them play with a chip on their shoulders. I'm totally fine being the dog in the media's eyes the rest of the way.

Beilein has fucked up a lot of people's brackets over the years. It's still called getting Pittsnogled I think

I'm of the opinion you should pick like a blind homer, because you can end up with a self financed trip to the final four like I did last year. Hedged with the person who would have won w Louisville beforehand. People say picking against Michigan is a hedge but I think the opposite

How did none of you pick Michigan?

I always pick us to win it all if we have a sweet sixteen seed. Did this last year, hedged before the final four w someone who had Louisville in my pool, and self-financed my trip to Atlanta. I suggest you all do the same.

Great post. I've heard Nuss is a great recruiter and Borges didn't recruit much, so I'm expecting a bit of a step up there.

2008 northwestern. Last home game of my senior year. I failed to dress properly and got soaked to the bone in 40 degree weather. Stayed all the way to the miserable conclusion, too

James Ross, Jarrod Wilson, too. The argument that Hoke can't develop players is unfair, and untrue. The players are just young but they seem to get better over the course of a season. Except for the O line. Those guys seemed to tread water or worse, for some reason...
|29 weeks 5 days ago||I mean. Did you watch this||
I mean. Did you watch this year? Michigan WAS a tire fire on offense, and we went 7-5 because of it. I'm not saying fire Hoke or anyone else, but Borges is just awful man. He lost us at least two games this year, and that could have been the difference between losing and keeping this kid. Ask yourself this: would you rather play for Al Borges, or any one of another truly gifted OCs? Because Campbell has his pick.
I've been pretty positive around here, and FIRE BORGES isn't exactly an outlier opinion, so not sure what you're getting so exercised about, like this is somehow my fault.
|29 weeks 5 days ago||I'm glad you're so sanguine||
I'm glad you're so sanguine about this but 5* wide receivers don't grow on trees. This kid had the raw potential to be a generational talent
|29 weeks 5 days ago||To a certain extent this is||
To a certain extent this is us getting what we deserve for putting up with Borges's bullshit. Dave Brandon can call all the recruits he wants but if he's not going to get the right staff in place ASAP some of the kids will get the joke eventually. Hard to blame Campbell, frankly
|29 weeks 6 days ago||Eh I think you're being too||
Eh I think you're being too hard on them with a C+. We had a big plus defense in terms of yards per rush, and looking at pure TFL and sack numbers obscures this. Case in point is your overly harsh view on QWash, who while he did not tally many big plays himself, kept the middle LBs clean enough to deliver on those rush defense numbers. He made lots of 'silent' plays IMO this year. I would give the unit more like a B/B+ if it were me...
