I'm up for a good Chavruta if you are. Maybe the thought is that size would help mitigate the experience issue? Were he 270 and being asked to block for the first time, we'd expect that to go better than a 220# guy blocking for the first time?
|2 days 6 hours ago||A Guess||
He hasn't played TE yet. He was a 220lb wideout in high school. For Bunting to be effective he's got to learn to block DEs, and he's not going to be as developed as Butt. If Bunting was a 3rd year TE at 252, it'd probably be less of an issue.

Rewatches do not hold up. Same with Billy Madison. Although Veronica Vaughn is still a piece of ACE

A man walks into a bar and sees a man dressed as a pirate - hat, eyepatch, parrot, the works - sitting at the bar having a drink. The man notices that the pirate isn't wearing any clothes, but has a giant ship's steering wheel fastened to himself over his crotch.
The man sits down at the bar, orders his drink, and asks the bartender "What's up with the steering wheel?" The bartender says he's not sure, he doesn't pry.
After a few more drinks the man figures he has to learn why this pirate has a giant steering wheel over his crotch. He walks over to the pirate and asks... "I'm sorry, I have to ask, what are you doing with that steering wheel?"
The pirate says "YARRR.... I don't know.... but it's DRIVIN ME NUTS!"

Personally it was CREX, with a close second to the dog anal gland one. What's yours?

So maybe give Shane a quarter, a half even. Give me one FOOTBALL reason that Shane started the 2nd half?
I can't find the first half box, but 2.6 YPA with 0 TDs and a pick? It was absolutely clear that Shane was not better than Devin.
|5 days 4 hours ago||Agreed||
Does Schiano even have a job? Who wants to hire him after that kneel-down-busch-league thing he pulled while the Bucs' coach?
|5 days 4 hours ago||Tried to edit||
I tried to put this in an edit, but the fact that Shane wasn't pulled despite having a bad game/half/whatever (I've tried to eliminate my memory of that game) just reeks of "My boss told me to do it this way, so I'm doing it this way."
The plan was to play Shane. So Shane was going to play.

I would not be shocked if Brandon had decided that Morris should start the Minnesota game. And stay in the game despite his ineffectiveness, injury not included.
Source: no one who knows football thought Shane gave us the best chance to win, especially after a couple of series.

The wife has always wanted a GC (well, another. She had one in High School/college) but we'll never spring for the SRT. With my caveats though... sure! She can have one.
Although maybe we'll wait for the rumored Hellcat model... (google TrackHawk)
|5 days 7 hours ago||I'll get my answer in||
For me: 959 Sport, not the Komfort. I've got AWD, I've got an off road gear, I've got only a 2.7L engine so it'll be good on gas (chortles). I've got one of 337 and no you can't have it.
For the wife? Something with space, something efficient, etc. How about a Cayenne S-E Hybrid? Either that or a Grand Cherokee SRT-8.

|6 days 8 hours ago||DL Flexibility||
I agree, I think the plan might be to see who can do what. The coaches talked about a nose playing the 1 tech, or 0, or shading, etc. Same with DTs and DEs. They've talked about knowing techniques rather than "positions". Maybe they wanted DTs to get better rush samples against the tackles? Maybe everyone was tearing up Braden and thus Strobel went against him most of the day?
I think the DL is going to be very multiple, in formation, personnel, etc. Probably just getting work in.

Sure, don't have sympathy for the skeezy spouse looking to cheat on their skeezy spouse. But what about everyone else on this site? There have been lots of posts about various users recently, some are single dudes looking for cougars. Some are single girls looking for sugar daddies. Some are happily married people in open relationships. Two posts I saw pop up on my twitter feed concerned a guy who is married, but whos wife knows he's on there and what he does as she has a medical condition - they dont want their kids/friends/etc to know though. The other post was about a gay man from Saudi Arabia who used AM while in the states because they promised better security than other dating sites. Now he's trying to flee SA because homosexuality is punishible by death (it's own, other topic).
What about those people? This isn't "ha-ha cheaters!" this is an internet site, promised to be private, that lots of people used.

Also, what kind of asshole lets a meeting go 17 hours without ordering food? "If I get lunch they'll just stay".
What a dick. They're worried about losing their jobs, he's worried about ordering lunch. Then not.

I'll meet Bacon in Chicago, the book is on pre-order.
Can we just win a national title already? He's written some great obits, but THAT's the Bacon Book I can't wait to read...

I loved JUB's looks behind the curtain. The book is on pre-order and I'm going to the Chicago signing.
I just feel like this excerpt might be like learning how the sausage was made... except this sausage gave you and your whole family violent stomach issues
I'll devour the content, but wish it was happier content

In the last week I traveled to Michigan for a wedding and stayed for the dream cruise. Worked on finishing up the decorating at our new apartment, went to a cubs game, walked the dog a bunch, went to grad school classes, played 1 game of NCAA '13, and made a few jokes on MGoBlog.
I'm with the other posters in that "Free Time" isn't something I have tons of.
