I can't even image trying to watch the game from the upper levels of the stadium. I remember back in the day at UofM, Kroger had a giveaway, buy a 12 pack of pop, get a free ticket to an upcoming Pistons/Boston game at the Silverdome. So, we bought some "pop", piled in the car and made a road trip to the game. The court was wedged into the corner there and the free tickets were up in the upper deck / nose bleed section way and off to the side of the court. It looked like tiny little Bill Lambeer and McCale ants running around down on the court. At the time, it was a record for attendence at a basketball game, something over 60,000. It was crazy, we had subs (from Kroger)..... |

to hot shit on the court Monday night, I would suggest either an all bean burrito from Qdobe or some White Castle sliders for dinner Sunday night. Either one of those should do the trick..... |

| 9 weeks 3 days ago | Man to man defense... |
against teams wth physical big guys, is Gerg's 3-3-5, to this basketball team. More zone defense would be this teams 4-3 defense (relatively speaking). Must be a WVU thing. Belien is starting to look about as stubborn as Rich Rod, making in game adjustments..... |

Of shots either in the post or kicking out from the post. So let's keep playing man to man. Berlin can't make an adjustment to save his ass. |

thanks for the link. I like that our pocket passer QB recruit, has a faster 40 time than "their" All American middle linebacker.... |
| 13 weeks 1 day ago | Yeah the only thing i |
Would add is that in man on the pick and roll our big guys hedge so hard we end up alot of times with bigs up high and smaller guys underneath trying to rebound against another teams bigs. With a 2-3 zone you have less rebounding miss matches down low. Against teams with good big men (Minn, Ind, Ohio) we have been getting killed on offensive rebounds this year |
| 13 weeks 2 days ago | A zone... |
Also can be used to hide / compensate for some of your man to man weaknesses. There are no fundamentals you can teach Nick S. from getting blow by with dribble penetration ( which btn just showed happening going to the break). |
| 13 weeks 2 days ago | Why in the heck.... |
Doesn't coach b start playing more zone? Make a team like this beat u from the outside. Too many easy layups for a crappy psu team. The definition of insanity apply's to his defensive philosophy for our team. Just play a 2-3 zone for awhile and pack it in. Throw in a 1-3-1 every now a then. I am also amazed of what a terrible rebounding team we are on both ends of the court. |

Gallon really deserves the #1 jersey. He is the go to WR on the team now and he just makes plays. Tough loss yesterday and some other really tough losses throughout the year for the senior class. But, man, listening to these young men, makes me just proud as hell to be a Michigan fan / grad. Depending on if we can get some current guys or incoming recruits to fill in some big position needs quickly (DB, WR, RB and TE), the next two to three years look very, very promising for our program. Go Blue!!! |

| 28 weeks 6 days ago | The comments over there... |
Are pretty funny. They say how hokes no visit policy is not fair. Then they describe how Mack Brown and Urban do it right. The thing is what they are describing as "good" is exactly Hokes policy. They want hokes visit policy to be bad, wrong, unfair so bad, they just make up their own view of it (eg hoke pressures kids to commit early) to show that Ohio is sooooo much better. Lol. Their ignorance is amusing. |
