I think the thing that I am most impressed with in regards to Harbaugh recruiting is not the stars, it is the fact that so many of the players he recruits seem to have such versatility. In this era of specialization, he seems more focused on taking amazing athletes and sorting out exactly what they do later.
I happen to have an all-day business meeting in Miami on NSD. This is highly annoying. To remedy this situation, I have tasked one of my employees with texting me all the updates on signees. I don't know how I will be able to maintain composure in the meeting if Gary signs. Let's hope we are on a bathroom break.
Michgan ends the game exactly the same way as MSU, marching down the field, draining clock, and nailing a field goal as time expires. Unlike MSU's kicker, ours just coldly stares at the opponets as they leave the field.
After the game Mike Weber annouces that he is transferring to Michigan by ripping off his OSU Jersey and having the MgoBlog "Win with Character, Win with Cruelty" shirt underneath.
If that happens, Rudock better start thinking about who HIS agent will be. The Harbaugh prediction that he is playing at an NFL level will come true. If Harbaugh can get the backup IOWA QB to the NFL with only one year of teaching, imagine what he is going to do in 4. Yes, we will take all the recruits.
It was so very very nice to see the defense step up and impose it's will upon an opponent. As someone who grew up watching the late 90's teams, this brought back a lot of positive memories.
We had to offer Dan Gibbs, he had "mauler," "toughness," and "is a nasty tough finisher" in his scouting report. Sounds like a Hoke special. Oh, and I am new around here, so be nice ;).
