Yahoo is projecting us to BWW bowl against Texas as of 4hrs ago. I am excited about the prospect of this as it's in my neighborhood.
|4 days 10 hours ago||I approve.||
Only because I live in PHX and tickets to watch two tire fires play are going to be cheap.

I could see that. Or not.
|3 weeks 19 hours ago||Hmmmm||
Go to Alabama and win NCs or pick between two tire fire programs? I can't blame this kid a bit. Our coaching staff on the other hand (hur hur).........
|3 weeks 19 hours ago||FUCK||
This season just gets better and better.
|3 weeks 4 days ago||It seems like we have been a||
It seems like we have been a more-often-than-not tire fire of a team since the 2007 Rose Bowl. Looking back on it, to me, that beatdown combined with the subsequent Horror and Oregon debacle really signaled a turning point for this program. I really don't think most Michigan fans are unreasonable. When you are paying a coach near as makes no difference Nick Saban money, you want results. Instead we have massive regression on almost all fronts.

Yes, Tempe would be great. For me. :)

What is so mystifying about this is that Mich will almost surely allow this horror show to continue through the rest of the season. I don't know anymore. We have been a program circling the drain of national relevance since 2007. Fire Borges, don't fire Borges, I'm not sure it's really going to make a difference. Without a massive personnel overhaul, to include the HC, I just can't see the light at the end of the tunnel. I'm tired about hearing the term "lack of execution". We have been hearing this sh!t since 2008. How many players have rolled through since then? At what point does it become obvious that it's the coaches, not the players?
|4 weeks 3 days ago||No. Just no.||
10-2 is pure fantasy at this point. If we have to utter things like "hey, we beat Minn" or "hey, we beat Indiana" to justify predicting wins against teams like Ohio, or any road win against teams not 0-5 tire fires, we are really screwed.
|4 weeks 3 days ago||GO TO BED MICHIGANMAN, YOU'RE DRUNK||
We must be watching different Michigan teams. The Michigan team I've been watching all year really hasn't done much to prove that it can beat anyone other than stone cold lifeless, body bag teams. How long do we hang our hat on Notre Dame? Predicting road wins? Predicting beating OSU? You must be trolling.

Not sure if serious.

put it down.
|7 weeks 4 days ago||Thank you.||
I can't believe that people are still trying to pencil us in for Indiana like it's a no-brainer win.
|7 weeks 5 days ago||Not optimistic.||
I haven't seen anything ouside of the ND game that would make me think it's likely we'll win any more B1G games.

|10 weeks 5 days ago||Whelp. We are not good.||
Whelp. We are not good. Thankfully we can finally put to bed the BS "they just weren't mentally prepared" meme that reared it's ugly head after the Akron game. Without significant O-Line improvement, I just can't see how we win more than 2 or three games against the B1G.
|10 weeks 5 days ago||This sucks.||
|10 weeks 5 days ago||Yea, I think reality is||
Yea, I think reality is starting to set in. We are bad. I don't understand why people still try to hang their hat on a ND win. Maybe they watched a different Michigan team than I have the past 4 or 5 years.
|10 weeks 5 days ago||Yeaaaaa, what is their B1G||
Yeaaaaa, what is their B1G equivalent? Indiana? Purdue?
|10 weeks 5 days ago||We are going to get prison||
We are going to get prison raped in the B1G. Michigan must hold the record for the amount of streaks that their opponents have broken on them. Seems like 5 times a game I have to hear about "Well this X shitty team hasn't been able to do such and such for 10 years but they just did it".
|10 weeks 5 days ago||You guys be crazy||
I feel like you have to earn the right to predict 30+ point blowouts for your own team. Right now, I haven't seen much that leads me to believe that we will just walk in and hang 50 on these guys. I don't buy into the absurd notion that last Saturday was purely the result of some deficiency in mental preparedness. Maybe it had a little to do with it, but not enough to predict a crazy blowout for an away game against a team that is probably as good or a little better than the one we faced at home last week.
|11 weeks 5 days ago||Watching the OL today, that||
Watching the OL today, that wasn't a coaching problem, that was a talent / experience problem. Akron was blowing our line up play after play after play. That was more or less the same story against ND except Gardner wasn't always trying to throw to the wrong team.
I think this bodes poorly for the rest of the season. I want to be positive, but damn, we were out played by Akron nearly the entire game, not just one quarter. I hope I'm wrong, but unless line play is much improved, I can't see how we win any more than 7 this year.

I graduated from a private MI college in 2005 and George W Bush was our commencement speaker. He actually wasn't too bad, he even had a couple of funny jabs at himself. Of course everyone was up in arms at that time about Iraq, ect, ect, so there were plenty of protesters around but nothing too crazy. No matter what your political beliefs, it's cool to get to see a sitting president give a speech up close and personal.

As a GRCHS grad, it's great to see this kid make it to the big time. Just shows how far the football program has come at that school. For the record, I'm 99.5% sure this is the only D-I football recruit to come from this school......ever, Rivals era or not. Probably won't be the last though, given the huge injection of funds to the program.
