Medicines will remain in your system for the time roughly the amount of time, which varies based on your bodies ability to metabolize it, on the label. However, the hourly recommendation is based on the half life of the medicine being in your blood stream, meaning it weakens over time. Thus you can overlap your doses so so that when one is close to being fully metabolized the other will begin to take affect. It is genuinely better to use them this way to minimize highs and lows. |
