Do you think Thomas will stay at nickel as an attacking blitzer + capable pass defender for his entire career or might he move to safety after this year? If Michigan gets Peppers, Peppers could wrestle a starting position away from Taylor and Countess, but it wouldn't be likely. I would assume he would force his way into playing time at safety, especially with an open spot, so you would have Taylor and Countess with Hollowell, Richardson, and the 2013 RS guys at CB, with Jarrod Wilson, Clark, Hill, perhaps Stribling, and Peppers at S. where would Thomas fit in that equation? I say nickel |
