No, Luda Christ

Jesus's daughter according to the Da Vinci Code.

Denard had injury and turnover problems the latter half

And the opposing defenses played up and forced him to pass, whereupon the receivers started dropping more balls.

Still had good production nonetheless.

I am not worried, and expect big things from the O.  Injuries healed, more practice and generally a year older spells big yards.

I keep waiting for the team to put it all together.

I hope we do so, or at least do better, in the bowl game.  go blue

Stanzi ball

Boy do I miss

Woolfork.

The stands

are for standing.

They are all big

and RR is here to stay.

If M wins games, Denard wins Heisman

After last weekend, it is clear our offense will have to win games for us.

If the offense is winning games, Denard is racking up yards.

So if we go at least 8-4 (and preferably better), Denard should have crazy stats and will again be the front runner.

We all know

we can't win when we turn the ball over like we did Saturday.

At least the D made the stop after the first INT.

Back Seat Brawl

you know, little brother getting punished by big brother on the annual long drive to the family reunion.

Turnover ratio

is going to be the factor.  Hold on to the god damn ball.

At the same time, no one anticipated the level of explosion and

Heisman hype we've been seeing.  Everyone was still saying "it appears Denard is starting" but RR didn't announce the starting QB, and we were all waiting to see that first snap on gameday.  What a special year we're being treated to.

Techmo Bowl

love that game.

Rob'd

eh, Joey beat me to it.

Vince Young

looks like he had two 200/200 games in his career.  This past week the quote was that Denard was the only player to have two in a career.  Are they drawing the distinction as OVER 200 yards or something?

sorry

I had that originally saying Demens and Herron to step up and give Ezeh and Roh more breaks, and deleted the wrong names (I want Roh out there).

Doesn't just putting Roh on the line

essentially turn us into a 4-2-5?  It seems the personal recommendations are all based on Ezeh.  Need Herron to step up to give Ezeh breaks, and leave Roh on the attack.

Why compare

To me, its the biggest Mich. vs. Mich St. game that we've had in quite a while.  2 losing seasons, 2 MSU losses, 5-0 vs. 5-0, bowl eligibility, Denard, Heisman, the team repeating "The Team" to the media.

p.s. and unfortunately D's heart attack and impending return.

ESPN Sportscenter

flashed a stat tonight that Sparty is 7-1-1 or something like that in the series when both teams were undefeated.

Not really

it was just bend, bend, bend, bend, bend, TD.  It just kept bending, and only had a few smaller breaks.

it will be attained

One or two more stops a game will get us there.

We're moving in the right direction.

We only need to keep opp. to about 35% scoring to be average

From 2008 bleacher:

Out of that, I calculated the percentage of drives a team scored on using offensive touchdowns and field goals made. The top ten are as follows:

1. Florida - 57.43%
2. Navy - 56.94%
3. Kansas - 52.63
4. Texas Tech - 52.20%
5. Missouri - 52.00%
6. Boise State - 51.76%
7. Oklahoma - 51.67%
8. LSU - 51.40%
9. Hawaii - 50.57%
10. West Virginia - 48.80%

The bottom ten are as follows:

119. FIU - 17.54%
118. Army - 20.37%
117. Notre Dame - 20.65%
116. Duke - 20.78%
115. Baylor - 20.96%
114. Syracuse - 22.82%
113. Temple - 23.53%
112. Iowa - 23.97%
111. Iowa State - 24.83%
110. Louisiana Tech - 25.44%
They all had to tend the fields

and flip burgers.

I don't hate Sparty

I just feel bad for them.

I think GERG is doing well

with the D and personell we have.  They are getting better, and will continue to do so.  Next two games are huge - after that you can put 7-0 in your signature.

Interesting that they had Martin

play a little DE, where he was productive.

Martin and Roh

2 sacks each!

Odds = good

Secondary is not good, will be attacked.

And advise

or revise.  something *vise

Looks like we're stuck with Ezeh

Found it strange that despite little to comment on, the notes say "STILL VERY HOPELESS I HATE HIM THIS IS NOT AN ANTIJINX"

One complaint

Can only watch the last play on replay, and tend to miss on field activities if watching the thing.

Next I'll hear that golf

is really easy, and both hockey and baseball players can switch to that game no prob.

Jesus was just a dude

and he's dead now.  I don't think he'll care.

I think the pro testimonials also support his methods and effectiveness.

Good kid

love this player.

I want to see me

some Kovaks at LB, and M. Robinson cracking helmets.

We'll have to see how

T. Gordon grades out, or if he's injured.

He's the tallest WR we have

at 6'4".  It'd be nice to have him take advantage of some shorter corners in the league.

Agreed

we haven't faired well in field position (ala our defense and special teams), so we've had to move the ball further than everyone else.  IMO, special teams needs to step it up before we get into B10 play.
