I'm an HR professional with a 4,000 employee company and I can assure you that you'll be a pass/fail within 2 minutes of interviewing. All boils down to how you handle yourself and communicate. It's not 1985 anymore. Everyone (including IT and engineering) needs to be able to communicate and interact with multi levels of the organization.

Curious to see how the interior of our defensive line comes together with Washington and Pipkins.  Strobel/Wormley also need to step up on the outsdies.  Other than that, I'd be curious to see how Countess comes back and also the interior of our offensive line.  Kalis, Braden, Bryant and Miller, notably.

Maybe I'm alone here but I actually like him just as much as Cornwell.  Rivals ranked Speight higher than Christian Hackenberg at one point last year in the state of Virginia (Green being #4 at that time).  He also has camped at Alabama (like Cornwell) and has had interest from basically every major school in the country up to the verbal to Michigan.  I'm not sure why everyone is so enamored with Cornwell over Speight.  Arm strength may be a question, sure but I find it hard to believe this coaching staff botched this offer after all of their due diligence throughout the QB offer process.

I agree. I wouldn't be shocked if Jeff Long approached Dantonio, honestly. Yes, Long is a Michigan alum but he seems to fit. His name was rumored a couple months ago but things have quieted down. Narduzzi was originally linked to the BC opening as well.

Purely speculation but any chance that Michigan is getting word that Dantonio and/or Narduzzi are getting approached for job opportunities? The staff may be trying to get in before the word gets out. Just a potential reason?
