What a waste of a great defense.
The next step is winning as an underdog I’m not really stressing over this Maryland game but looking forward to next week. My big question is this: can we win as an underdog? We have really struggled with this as of late (something like 2 wins of our last 20 games we were underdogs). We have built a reputation of always being overrated. Can we jump up and really start to exceed expectations? I haven’t seen evidence that we can, but I am hoping we start to see signs of it this year, hopefully this week.
Agree Big Green Egg is one of my favorite things I’ve ever bought in my life.
The entire last ten years The entire last ten years of Michigan football have been "if we had just done this....,". As if we actually were deserving of being a champion.

Meanwhile Sparty, OSU, and Penn State have been winning Big Ten titles. Stop using that fucking word. It sounds like we are making excuses.
Here is what I see

At this point we do not have a single player on offense that is a "great" player.  Not one.  Go ahead and name one.  Who would actually be considered for Big Ten honors on this team?  Only defense and special teams.

The question is - can we take the young raw athletes that we have on offense and turn them into great skills players that can execute?  I know we can on defense, that is proven.

 

But I am not sure that we have the coaching on the offensive side to deliver what we all want to see.

And by the way Dantonio schooled Hargaugh.  It was painful, but I happened.  Again.
Can we just get one stud safety? Thinking about players of the decade and absolutely NO safeties come to mind. Can't we just make it a point to get a total stud safety? Just one of these years please?
