I’m sure it was time consuming but I enjoyed the post with the Q&A for the weekly coaches’ pressers. I really enjoyed them and it kept me from recording Big 10 Network talk and news shows.
Freshman year of high school when it happened...I was in the living room watching and almost tore down the ceiling fan when Hayes caught it. It was well worth the fussing I heard from Dad about controlling my emotions. One of my early fandom/obsession moments being a Wolverine fan in NC!
Fall guy for the Panthers collapse. Folks here in NC are hitting the nuclear button big time with their beloved Panthers. I think it’s funny they’re stinking it up.
Of course, now he can go interview for the App State job that just came open.
Honestly didn’t think people would take it that I was some creep. Figured most would realize that the big hotels have hundreds of rooms. Just thought it would be neat if my kids got to see some of there heroes and get a quick pic. Guess I never know how this board overreacts to things but of course some on here want to fire a coach that’s won 10 games in 3 out of 4 seasons
Thanks for the help and being one of the few on here that did not see I was trying to be creepy. I had a friend that’s a Clemson fan say it was neat because the day before the game his son got to meet several players that were hanging out in the lobby when they came in from dinner.
Great job by Chase and all the other players, Larry, and Coach Brown! I know we all get caught up with the wins and losses but it’s so awesome to see our favorite football team being represented and led by such outstanding young men....this whole fundraiser challenge that Chase started is what sports is all about! It was my pleasure and a blessing to donate and be a part of something great!
Folks got me the 1/4 zip maize golf pullover. Also picked up a couple of shirts and and a pair of socks from others. My little man was left his first Michigan mini basketball by Santa. Will work great on our double basketball game we have in the basement.

I just laugh sometimes at how our fan base acts and overreacts to recruiting among other things. Amazing how watchers from the couch act like they know what the coaching/recruiting staff discuss behind closed doors and the game plan for filling out our roster. It’s a shame that all highly rated senior football players don’t all come to Michigan and appease our minority of whiners that complain about anything. Just like the wise John U. Bacon says, some Michigan are only happy if they’re unhappy.
And before anyone acts like I don’t care about wins and losses, you’ll be hard pressed to find anyone more competitive and wanting to win every game than me.
This board should have a rule that you can only complain about the football team if you watched every game from Rich Rod’s first season.....I did, but I doubt very few of the complainers did.
I knew Fox picking up the Big was gonna cause issues like this. It used to be the early Big 12 games that the shitty ACC game of the week overlapped now it’s cutting into me watching my Wolverines!

What's funny is that the other day on his show with Whitlock, JW was the one saying Harbaugh might go to the Colts and Cowherd said the Colts would calm but Jim would stay at Michigan.
Targeting and Replay are becoming jokes and not consistent. Yesterday they replay a spot and overturn it right away but Harbaugh had to almost spend a timeout to get them to look at Grant's catch that was ruled no good....biggest joke was Purdue's dlineman getting dumped last week for targeting. Pathetic!
The Sinner on USA is a limited run with the pilot running last week. Pretty good premiere. My wife and I were both hooked so we'll see where it goes. Also, Amazon Prime Video app has the Sopranos, which is my #1 drama of all time, streaming so bingers go and enjoy!
Highest fandom was 2004 vs Minnesota. It was my first game at the Big House and the comeback win topped off a great day. Other close ones would be Desmond diving for the catch when I was a kid, Fab 5 two NCAA tourneys, Braylon vs Michigan St, 1997 football season, NCAA run to game vs L'ville, 2006 vs OSU, and watching Chris Perry (same hometown as me) run wild his senior year!
Low point was the Punt Block. I thought losing to my alma mater in the Horror was bad because of the shit I had to here in NC but I had several friends call an hour or so after the punt block to make sure I was still alive!
Check out FCS again bud, went to 24 a few years ago. They play 11 games...no conference championship game so the regular season does matter in terms of establishing the automatic bid winner from each conference. The Ivy, SWAC, and MEAC all send 1 team with very little chance of winning but that what makes the FCS bracket so great. Higher seed host all the way until Final Game. FBS could make this work if they weren't so greedy. I'm sure plenty of people said 64 teams for basketball wouldn't work either, how are most opinions on that now??
Even though they've made some bogeys on the last few holes, Patrick Reed and Rory have been worth watching on its own! Phil taking it to Sergio is always fun to watch!
Go to the App Store and add the app TickPick. Has tickets for any events with no fees. The only extra fee I have seen is if you receive them by FedEx. I used it to buy some concert tickets and it saved me 50 bucks per ticket. Also, printed them off in a matter of hours from clicking the BUY button. Don't know what StubHub has but the cheapest Penn St ticket on TickPick is $175. You can get 4 together as well. Good Luck!

If you read his Twitter post, he says he still plans on taking his official to Michigan. That in itself is a little different from most decommit situations. We shall see what happens with him from here.
Honestly the first time attending a game at the Big House, no matter the opponent, is my best memory/experience. As far as a game, it would have to be vs Minny in 2003. I'm a few years older than Chris Perry but we from the same city in North Carolina. I had to videotape the game using my VCR because of it getting moved to Friday. When I got home on that Friday night, the game was over but I did not know the outcome yet. I started the tape and early 2nd qtr a friend called and asked if I had watched the game. When I told him I was watching it, all he said was don't give up on it. I remember the plays like it was yesterday and with Chris having one helluva a game and year, it was awesome! It's a shame my kids won't have the same experience of having to set the timer on the VCR to record something!
Growing up in North Carolina I didn't pull for any team but I hated Notre Dame. So in 91, being 11 and playing football, I need a team to pull for....watching the game and seeing Desmond make the catch hooked me instantly! A few years later I almost tore down my parents ceiling fan when we scored the TD vs Virginia. My wife would now say my fandom has grown into an obsession....it would be hard for me to argue that! Go Blue!!
This game is showing why both teams belonged in the NIT field. Michigan can't shoot, rebound, or play D for more than 20 seconds. Go to 1-3-1 and play tough for 25 seconds then give up a layup
Most complete and balanced game I've seen in a long time from our team! Fun to watch. 503 total yards vs that defense was a thing of beauty. Helluva of a first year for Coach Harbaugh. Can't wait until opening game next season. Damn it will be a long 8 months!
Michigan t-shirt and my favorite gift: the Jim Harbaugh sideline sweatshirt. I also received a pair of khakis...I think that qualifies as Michigan gear now, doesn't it?
He's now cancer free! Can't wait to finally meet him one day. Peace to Jason, Tammi, and her boys...Gameday will be even tougher to watch this weekend but hopefully the end result will be a cure for DIPG and other pediatric cancers.
Awful news! I can't describe how sad I feel for someone I've never met. My son and Chad look a lot alike so is hitting home even more. Prayers to his family and all other families dealing with cancer in one form or another. My bracelet means even more today. #ChadTough
Bad call and even worse job of kissing referee's asses by color commentator. Blake had started his tackle right before the QB started to slide. If he was in the process of sliding, sure Blake deserved the penalty, but not this time.
