So... You created an account just for that zinger, did you? Totally seems worth it. Maybe next time just go with a more direct "I hate you WD."
Toys R Us isn't running itself these days, Dave. Get back to work.

On 2 different iPhones, through the browser, and only on this site. It usually takes me to the App Store after routing me through some adtracker. It's really annoying.

That must make it a bitch to throw the fade to the corner.

I think the gameday experience is great the way it is and much more enjoyable than the NFL experience, and I think that the availability of alcohol is a big factor in that. I like a beer as much as the next guy, but I think it detracts from the college game.
However, we really could use some more piped in music, kiss cams, and advertising.

Appreciate the info. Just bought a couple for section 203. Looking forward to getting out there. At least Big 10 expansion is helping me!

I was optimistic before the trailer. After seeing it, the whole thing just looks like a train wreck. It also seems like in order to cram that much into one movie it will need to be 4 hours long. Also, why does Alfred look the same age as Bruce Wayne?

I grew up on Little Caesars pizza (back when it came in the big white sleeves) and to me it's the essence of what pizza should be. I also lived in a house behind the Union back when they would have $5 pizzas on just one day of the week. I can fondly remember nights when half of my housemates would make the trek over so that we could gorge ourselves on deliciousness.
However, now that I'm older, I literally can't stomach the stuff. I might as well just eat it from my porcelain throne.
So... Absolute delicious, cheap as hell, gorge worthy awfulness. But I'll hunt you down if you say bad things about it.

It was actually blocked through my company web filter due to "Adult Materials." Now I'm really curious.

It couldn't have happened in Tampa Bay. There aren't any actual fans there to get injured.
|15 weeks 3 days ago||Maybe a Jarts injury thread next?||
I've kept a set of Jarts from my childhood for years. There are some toys that should never be banned (even if dangerous). The replacements suck.

Crap, that explains a lot of the reactions I've been getting from women my whole life.

Fortunately she's not a huge sports fan so I don't have to hear about it that often. Basically, we are that old ESPN commercial.

How do you know that? Have you talked to him? This is a kid who refused to play at some points of his high school career because he didn't feel ready and didn't want to take minutes away from teammates who were ready. My read on him is that he is the ultimate in unselfish teammates and may very well want to take a medical scholarship so that he can focus on his life after basketball and his own health, while still getting some of the benefits of being "on the team" and watching others succeed in his place.

My high school played them in the 1993 (?) quarterfinals. As I recall, they destroyed us with an all out dunk fest. That team had Carlos Williams, Willie Mitchell, and Todd Burgan (plus others that I've probably forgotten). Easily the best high school team I've ever seen in person.

That is some solid pad level.
Damn, supposed to be a reply to the dog running over the little girl. I'll get the hang of this internetty thing one of these days.
|22 weeks 5 days ago||Purpose of Stickers||
It feels like we are kind of forgetting what the purpose of stickers is. It isn't so that the jersey looks cool or to make the fans happy, it's a motivational/incentive for the players to hit team or individual milestones. If they make one player try harder or achieve something for that recognition, then I'm all for them. I feel like Legends jersey's operate a litte under that same theory, but became more of a marketing thing than something that actually drove players to work harder.

And had to add my own. I don't condone what these guys did in any way whatsoever, but I also don't condone Internet asshole-ism.
|23 weeks 2 days ago||Every. Damn. Time||
I try to open a link on either my iphone or ipad the site crashes. It just started within the past 2-3 days and it's annoying enough that I've just given up trying to access on both(using the browser). I don't know why, but I just don't like the mobile apps as much as the plain ol' website.
|23 weeks 4 days ago||Not at all||
I was thinking how much he could help my team (and probably me). Unfortunately, these aren't just skills that athletes don't learn before they need them... there are a lot of us that could improve in these areas.
|25 weeks 6 days ago||Miller||
Not sure I disagree that he'll be the starter, but if the biggest reason is that he "knows the calls" then I would argue against it. Aren't we starting over again on offense, so they all have about the same knowledge of the system? Or is there enough commonality that his experience actually does give him an advantage?
|26 weeks 21 hours ago||You got ripped off||
Because he promised me that I was the only one that could help him. I also recently won a lottery in the UK. I feel incredibly fortunate.

I thought Nuss brought the up tempo practice thing from Bama last year? Was that just BS then or is this an even more up tempo practice philosophy?

Anybody know if there is a stream out there for it? My local NC CBS station is showing a Dean Smith tribute and the memorial service.
|29 weeks 2 days ago||Not Realistic||
I keep reading that... that players should commit to the school and not the coach. The problem is that isn't realistic. Players that think they have a legitimate shot at the NFL have to choose where they go based on how likely they are to reach their goals. The most important factor in reaching those goals is who will be developing them and helping them showcase their talents... not the institution they choose. Half the board thinks Chris Clark is crazy for not committing to Michigan because Jim Harbaugh's system develops TE's. That's coach based, not school based.

It turns out my bank doesn't allow me to access funds I don't have... So if any of you would be willing to email me your account number and pin, I would really appreciate it.
Note: I realize this is probably a sincere and innocent request, but I couldn't resist.
|32 weeks 4 days ago||Stauskas/Burke Hangover||
I think this team (and specifically guys like LeVert, Irvin, and Albrecht) suffer a little from a Burke/Stauskas hangover. Dakich (I know, I know) mentioned something similiar, but instead of focusing on the basics and just making solid fundamental plays, they seem to want to get into individual showtime mode (Spike's no look, two handed over the head pass to nobody, LeVert's up and under, wild lay up attempt, etc.). It worked when Stauskas and Burke were here because they had the skills to actually make those plays consistently, but I'm not sure the current team does (or at least not to that extent). I'd like to see them focus on the basics a little more.
