I thought the commentary was some of the worst I have ever had to listen to. Example, they said they see absolutely no evidence that JJ got targeted while scrambling out of bounds. Then they talked about how it was a crap call for like 3 minutes afterward. Hope I only have to listen to that group once a year or less. I watched 4th quarter on mute.

This is good news, glad he is staying on board! Coaching moves should start to shake out here over the next week or two. As schools and teams are getting the staffs out together. Good win for the blue!
If he provides value as a analyst, why not put him in a analyst spot. And put a coach that has more experience coaching a certain position. That’s all my point is. Jay is well liked by players and is hard worker. I am not attempting to slight him. Just feel offense needs the best and don’t think he fills those boots. Would prefer a running back coach that actually has coached position more than a year. A proven coach.
I don’t mind jay at all either. I am sure he works hard. Gives it his all. I just don’t think he would be in position he is in if his last name wasn’t harbaugh. We would all be going “underwhelming”
I do agree, I honestly don’t think he brings a ton of value in legit coaching/previous experience. Besides being head coach son. And being young and cool for recruiting. I wouldn’t mind seeing him go somewhere. He has been moved around filling in gaps, so obviously he doesn’t have a specialty.
I really hope he can get squared away with whatever is hurting his chances at fulfilling his complete potential. Really thought he ran hard and with attitude in the limited snaps he got. Was really hoping he could blossom and turn into a really good back.

With Harbaugh, coaches will be attracted to work and learn under him. In turn, we will lose coaches every year most likely. Harbaugh will reload with new talent in terms of coaches. The question is who could be the replacement? WR coach or combo QB/WR coach?
