Driving across the 3rd Ave. bridge from the Bronx to my place in Manhattan. Listening to Howard Stern as the second plane hit. I could see the bridge being closed in my rear view mirror as I drove. Stern was yelling "we're under attack"
My first M hockey game. I've played at Yost many times but have never been to a game. Tons O fun! I kept telling my friend, pay attention when you see the line with 7 and 18. They delivered.
I always thought we could shut out Nebraska. They couldn't pass. Leaf ran 5 wide and that was pretty new and they barely scored. Loading up against the option...a big 0
Along with Barry Sanders and LT, the best I've ever seen in person. By far the best college player. Fortunate for me, his career coincided with the years I went to tons of road games. Colorado, Judgement Day, MSU, Rose Bowl... Charles made unforgettable plays in all those games. Truly one of the greats.
I remember reading that last year when Nuss arrived, he had mentioned how understaffed the football operations were compared to Bama. So we might just be catching up while getting some top players at the same time.
I'm a newborn and I think I fargled my first post attempt. I've been lurking for years and I'm ready to commit. Anyway, this post got me really excited because I was at so many of the games mentioned in post and comments. I feel really good right now about being 41. I have to say I really admire the younger members that came up with so much of the recent not so fun years, yet remain True Blue.
I was one of the first fans in the pile in the endzone after the Hayes Virginia catch. I was fortunate enough to be at the Rose Bowl (The REALLY GOOD ONE) and the Brady Orange Bowl. Judgement Day at PSU '97 still stands as some of the most fun I've ever had. The list goes on and on going back to about '82. On the flipside, I've witnessed several nightmares including Kordell and this past weekends Punt Game. The longest hour and twenty flight home I've ever had.
To the point! If i could go back to see a game, it would either be the Wheatley Rose Bowl or the Biakabatuka Can't Be Stopped Game. To see Ty split those DB's going for 88 I think it was, would have made my head explode. I still watch it on the youstubes about once a month (2wice in the summer). The TD Tim Game, my "friends" left me passed out on the living room floor. I woke up just in time for opening kick on TV. It looked like so much fun.
The idea of going back to change a game weirds me out because of the whole space time continuum thing. For the sake of all this typing I'll have to say OSU 2006 because well, Undefeated. That Texas Rose Bowl and The Punt are tied for 2nd.
Well, I'd better stop or I'll go on forever. I fear not Bolivia and I know my grammar is spotty at best. Neg if you must. GOBLUE!

B1G officiating cannot comprehend what is the football mind of Jim Harbaugh.
Previously commited to Baylor and Houston. Pass the salt please.
I believe Carr drove directly to the home of Justin Vargas after winning the NC in the Rose Bowl. Recruiting is constant travel.
