The bad elements: No, actually it was great. All I did was party and get laid. I had my whole life ahead of me. Tate puts down the science book..... -------------------------------------------------- Fast forward to this week...

Nyquil and ativan for a few days and then mimosas (left over champagne from New Years) and 7&7s...nothing seems to work...I'm in this haze where Golic is now coaching Big Blue... |

You do realize that there is an expert on the Pistol (or some version of it) right there in Ann Arbor. Coach Anthony Pratley the OC at Concordia puts on clinics around the country teaching the Pistol to coaches on all levels. There are local resources available. |

I understand that I have no points here to speak of, but I have met Anthony personally and am good friends with his head coach and do happen to live on the 45th paralell. (just about exactly). I could do the duty for the good of the unit. He seems to be mature for his age and has a good head on his shoulders. I like his attitude and work ethic, if he ultimately underachieves it won't be because of those attributes. Just sayin'... |

when you utter the following: " a victory for them in the Fiesta Bowl would, in a small way, vindicate our loss..." Nothing. NOTHING vindicates a loss to the buckeyes except an old school ass kicking. When in doubt I refer to my inner concience: "License to kill Buckeyes by the government of the United Nations. Man, free to kill Buckeyes at will. To kill, you must know your enemy, and in this case my enemy is a Buckeye. And a Buckeye will never quit - ever. They're like the Viet Cong - Buckeye Cong. So you have to fall back on superior intelligence and superior firepower. And that's all she wrote. " I say Kill them all... How about a Fresca? |

I've been reading this site since the coaching search last fall and have finally decided to get in the game. This seems like a good place to start. UMTex is way off base on this. As a long time UM fan and Ohio hater, I have no desire to be perceived as defending them. But Logan88 is correct. The BCS committee cares not at all about anything other than cash, marketing and how programs will travel. That's it. That's the list. The actual game is secondary and in some cases meaningless. The list of 7 bowl games that UMTex sites is fine, but where are the wins? Georgia probably still wins, Mizzou rock stars Iowa, maybe sparty gets over maybe not, FSU and UK would roll. As far as the Fiesta bowl tonight, I hope the horns walk. But I won't be watching...Just sayin'... |
