2 days 7 hours ago	Could be	But I thought they did some finagling with the numbers to make the crowds bigger (including ticket sales and not just tickets scanned) or maybe that was just for the Big Chill record, which, anyone who attended the event, can assure you there was not 100,000 people. This could be a tipping point though. As ticket prices have increased a lot with the seat premiums, and a secondary market for tickets, people might decide to watch on their HD 50" TVs at home. It's too bad because, despite the competition, it should be a great team to watch.

3 weeks 1 day ago	Red zone offense (potential)	This red zone offense should be killer. They could run a variation of a spread (Gardner would still be under center so not a true spread) with two pass catching TEs both over 6'6" (plus Butt who is a similarly skilled athlete) that could both block or release and cause a mismatch against LBs who could be both slower and much shorter. Plus you could have two huge receivers on the outside, that would cause additional mismatches on fade routes to the corners. And finally the other team would have to worry about a run up the gut by Green and the talented OL. And one final cherry, with Devin, is a rollout to the edge. I'd hate to be a defensive coordinator game planning for this.

5 weeks 2 days ago	This is a great idea	In many of the Bo books there are stories about him from other teams players and coaches as well as the opposite for woody. It'd be great to hear any coaching stories or good interactions with michigan players. Avoid the controversial stuff. Totally random, but reading your paragraph, there was a fortuitous line stop that initially made me think you were going to where a yellow dress.

6 weeks 3 days ago	Without Overtime Included	Michigan Scores 76 pts per game and allows 61 pts per game. Again, very competetive defensive and offensive numbers, especially considering the level of competition.

Still one of my favorite quotes from the Simpsons is when snake was steeling a VCR and quipped "Oh no! Beta" Growing up in the 80s and 90s was great. Didn't have cable until my sophomore year and didn't get on the Internet until my freshman year in college in 98.
11 weeks 1 day ago	Agreed.	Court stormings are pretty easy to predict within the last few minutes. Security should be able to keep fans away and surround the away team quickly to allow them to get off the court safely. I am amazed at how well student athletes have conducted themselves in this chaos. There are thousands of drunk students yelling at you after a tough loss and they are man enough to walk away.

11 weeks 5 days ago	One thing I dislike about UofM	Is that it appears that they do not care about the students. It may be true about why they do it, but it put undue stress on us as it we had to wait a long time to change the status and it would have meant we couldn't afford to send her as we had to take out private loans since we were not approved for student loans. We provided all of our very comprehensive paper work early and the red flag was about as weak as they come (especially with house ownership and the fact she worked there for so long). The second time was just ridiculous. I know Mary Sue Coleman is great at raising money and has been positive for the university, however, I miss the days of Bollinger and wish she would focus some more on current students who she rely on in the future to donate back.
11 weeks 5 days ago	Red flags	They did explain that it was a red flag that she went to school out of state, however, it took more work than necessary to prove and took longer to receive that she was in state. It was also ridiculousness that 2 months after graduating as in state she had to prove it again. I think the university is set up to make as much money as possible and making it difficult to be rated as instate is one of them.
11 weeks 5 days ago	Correct	I have no idea how it is with military, and from the op, it sounds like the university works hard to help them. But as an average Joe, the university can't help but see those dollar signs and works hard to turn you into an out of state student.
11 weeks 5 days ago	State residency	I can say that Michigan's residency policy (in non military situations) is skewed in favor of pushing for out of state tuition. My wife lived out of state for 3 years while she got her graduate degree at a private school. She worked for about a year before coming back to michigan. She decided to change careers and go back to michigan, and by the time she reapplied she had; went to michigan for undergrad, has always had a michigan license, paid taxes in michigan all but one year of her working life, owned a house in michigan for 4 years, worked at the university for 3 years, and still had to fight to not pay out of state tuition because of her grad school. To top it off, after completing her second degree and applying to the grad program at michigan, she again was first listed as out of state. Again, this was fixed, but I can understand how the university can make mistakes regarding in state and out of state residency status.
