2021. Was there with family. I somewhat jokingly say best day of my life but it was amazing!!!

Wow! Extremely impressed with coach Moore. His answers were phenomenal. It’s like the Harbaugh mentality without the quirkiness or awkwardness. I would imagine the kids just love him and believe in him. Michigan was smart and fortunate to hire him and have him on staff. 

Very excited to see what he can do. I was worried they might just enjoy last year but nope. They all have something to prove. Get a QB and lookout!

It saddens me to agree but the time has come. It’s not going to work. This is very different than the Harbaugh Covid season. The team is bad in many areas that go way beyond anything to do with talent. 
 

Huge Mike Hart fan as player and coach. Would be very sad to see him go. He represents Michigan from every angle. I understand if he wants to advance his career but M fans understand his major contributions. 

Curios to see what Moore says when asked about all these hires. Yes, he will take the high road, but he also might throw a little dig just to show he’s a little shitty about it. 

I will always love Harbaugh for what he did here. I can also be pissed at him for literally not giving a shit about M after he left and how his departure would effect the future here. 

Jim Harbaugh wins because he cares about nothing else. That’s impressive and not so great at the same time. 

I’m with you. I’ve been trying to take it easier since 2016. Each year doing better. 

My daughter has been at UM for the last three years. Amazing run!

I used to feel like M football owed me something for all the time and love I put into it. 

I am owed nothing. We are good. I am at peace!

I agree with Mineral King.  We just won a national championship and we are complaining about everything. 

Harbaugh is going to Harbaugh.
 

He either doesn’t care about anything but winning or he is oblivious yet the more he takes the more M fans are going to feel scorned. He could’ve built a staff without Michigan people (minusMinter) so his legacy will be tarnished possibly unfairly if he takes a lot of what he built. 

Sure you can say he built it but if he truly cared about the program he would leave it alone and start anew. 

Recruits matter.

I started crying earlier today watching that damn video. The pain of all those years and now this. It’s all a dream!!!

Love to everyone fucking one of you. They did it. We did it. Don’t ever stop believing!!!

We feel you brother!  The excitement and anticipation is amazing and the feelings raw. I’ve been tearing up all day from joy and gratitude. What a team and honored to root for them!

I wont predict the score to anyone or show any level of cockiness or confidence.  Too many years of dong punches with tough lessons learned.  And absolutely no betting for me on the game.  That’s a guarantee L.

Attire will be same as last three years.  M shirt and jeans.  This game though adding a McCarthy Jersey (wore it for Bama game)

Good lord!  Bravo to each of you.  Unbelievable writing all year capturing the sentiments of all of us.

I am normally a composed man but today, nope.  Tears of joy and gratitude.  I’m 49, diehard for life.  I’ve been to many big games where they won (OSU 97, OSU 2021, PSU 2023) and crushing defeats against Notre Dame early 90s and Desmond tripped in the endzone against MSU.  

There were some really really tough times.  But it’s all been worth it for these past three seasons.  Win or lose tonight, my Michigan fandom is complete, it’s all gravy from here.  My daughter is a Junior at M now and my son is a diehard at 16.  He will be wearing his Corum jersey and I will be wearing his McCarthy Jersey (bama game attire) and I will be marveling at all of this.  Go blue!

My dad raised me a Michigan fan.  Told him today I’ve been getting teary eyed all day with just the magnitude and incredulousness of it all.  I’m 49 and have been a diehard.  My daughter is a Junior there now and my 16 year old son is now a huge fan too and watches every game with me and follows the team intently.  Wow is all I can say.  Go Blue!!!

Was on a cruise ship with family watching at the bar with about 100 other mIchigan fans which was crazy.  There were about 10 Bama fans and they got hounded all night.  I recorded the ending too but didnt put on Youtube.  Wow, so fun to relive over and over again.  We all went ape shit!

I’ve had great luck at games. I have no ticket for Monday night, but if anyone wants to give me one for free and it’s a good seat, I will take one for the team and buy a plane ticket to the game. 

I lived in San Diego (from 2008-2020 and was beyond bummed to not go to Rosebowl. Lived there 13 years and we didn’t even sniff it. 

I expect ESPN to have this story on the front page for two days like Bama did. 
 

The bad press Michigan gets is crazy to witness. Rick neuheisel tried to say today that Helow told Alabama we could steal iPad info and that’s why Alabama was not watching film. 
 

Talk about irresponsible journalism. I doubt he follows up with anything about M doing the same thing. 

Would it have been nice to get him? Sure. 
 

Is he a proven, polished player that hurts even more to miss out on twice. No. 
 

Michigan will get their kids and all is well. 
 

I’ll take the Harbaugh way over the pay upfront method all day everyday. 

Trust the M way. They will get their kids. They will develop them. I’ll take Jaydin Davis who wants to be here and put up huge numbers. All is well. Trust!

M likely said we would like to have you but no guarantees on playing time. It will be earned and no upfront money. 
 

For the right kids who believe and have their eye in something bigger like getting better and the NFL it’s a great fit. If not, no worries, pass. 
 

The culture is front and center now. Team and work over entitlement and money. NIL and portal might be best thing to happen to M. Attracts the right kind of people and recruits while other teams struggle with talent and ego. 

He treats the safeties like they are not even there.  It’s like his route is just set up to beat the db and that is easily done with his speed.  Impressive

Subpar game but coaches new the only way they lose is to have turnovers and stupid plays. 
 

When the oline once again looked shaky on pass pro, they mailed it in knowing field goals and clock win the game easily. 
 

they just wanted to win like PSU and OSU. But I hope they realize that shit won’t cut it next game.

I see that Jimmy is trolling the NCAA by talking about revenue sharing again, the day after the OSU game, and the end of the regular season after just getting done with suspension.

Showing zero signs of backing down.  And standing up for the players.  He is something else and I love the man!

Wore the same M shirt from M den that I bought at beginning of 2021 football season.  Have wore every game since.  Also, sat in the same chair.  I did my part!

It’s very simple to see this guys entire stick is two things. SEC slappy and M hater both of which make him very popular. 

it’s pathetic and kind of feel sorry for the guy that he is so insecure that he has to go to great lengths to be the villain for any sort of attention. 

This was not like the spot. It was the correct call before and after the review. It was a td the second he caught it and crossed the goal line. Otherwise you could just do all kinds of things after in ends zone which makes zero sense

I didn’t understand Klatt’s take on Roman td. Wilson had possession, crossed the line, immediate TD. Once he had possession the goal line is all that mattered. The OSU guy got the ball after they both went down. And long after it was a td. 

Oh I ventured there and got my popcorn ready. 

I will get negged for this but I’m good with the kid going to LSU. At M the qb is huge but not the team. If he wants the numbers, then go to LSU.
 

He’s a talent but life goes on and M will be fine. Give me a kid who wants to be here and be a leader like JJ. If that’s Bryce, great. If not, no worries. 

My guess is he is definitely on the plane and doing everything with the team except the actual game itself.

Leadership, especially regents have some splaining to do.

Looks like a team. The ball always had to go through Hunter or Jett last year. Neither were great on defense or all that athletic. This year lots more weapons, more athletic, more flow oriented, more shooters, and a chip on the shoulder. That’s a good recipe!

Ha true! Right after he went by me he stopped for a picture with someone else so I knew he was okay with it. 

And when I say bodyguards, I mean like three normal looking dudes who likely worked for Fox. I was literally walking down the street by the stadium and it was obvious he was fine with the attention. 

I saw Klatt after the game Saturday just walking down the street with body guards near the stadium. I was caught a little off guard and I shouted “Klatt” when he walked by. 

He looked at me and was like “yep!”

I then caught up with him and he was gracious enough to take a quick picture along with other people. I have daughters at both schools currently so I was wearing M hat and PSU sweatshirt and he said “what is happening here”?

I explained and he laughed and said “yep makes sense, money at both schools”

Awesome guy. And shout out to PSU community and fans. They were amazingly nice!

They questioned Franklin and play calling but we’re so used to it they basically shrugged. Kind of felt bad for them, great people!!

I’ve been to 3/4 of your top list M games. Was there today and amazing atmosphere and win!! Would rate 97’ 21’ and then today. 

Could also be the proverbially Friday afternoon news drop that Big Ten says they are doing nothing for now and need more time which will make a lot of the mob upset. Friday afternoons are the best time to drop things like this. 

Was in town for parents weekend and last Saturday we were eating breakfast at Savas. Next thing we know Juwan along with entire coaching gang sat right next to us. 

Could immediately see that it was a recruiting visit, looked it up and was this kid. His mom was with him and seemed to be going well!

It would be a great get. 

So this a huge one for me, cool story bro!

Lifetime diehard M fan. Oldest daughter is a junior at Michigan. 

Middle daughter wanted to blaze her own trail and is now a freshmen at PSU.

Entire rest of family is M fans (raised them right).  So my dad is picking up M daughter then driving over while I’m flying up with my son (will be wearing a JJ white jersey) and coming with my sister who is M fan but feels bad for middle daughter. Wife opted out.

I’ll be wearing a black PSU sweatshirt to show some love for daughter but also wearing Harbaugh block M hat - I’m sure I will get some confused looks,  if you see me say hi!

I’ll be rooting for M of course, can’t wait, dream day!!!

What happens if Big Ten slow plays this until late afternoon Friday and then suspends him late enough Michigan can’t get lawyers involved before Monday?  Can they get last minute emergency hearing or whatever it’s called?

Further, if they suspend him, Can M and Harbaugh say “whatever” and show up to game anyway if they can’t do it legally in time?

This! You would think ESPN would say behind closed doors “okay we have to atleast look unbiased and report the coaches sign sharing but we can water it down.” Nope. Just nothing to see here on the exact topic that they’ve gotten the most hits in years about. 

Reece Davis, you showed your colors and your bias. You were one of a few guys I could tolerate on ESPN but you need to take your love for espn biased glasses off and see the big picture of what is happening here…

It’s a hit job when you don’t report the other side or all the info out there, just one side. 

Weird, no mention of this on ESPN. Just that NCAA is investigating sideline thing at CMU and our old friend Tom talking about Rick Flair. 

I mean a normal reputable news outlet would report both sides of the story right? Maybe just haven’t given them enough time to post their update article. 

But if it is never written, it tells you everything you need to know about ESPN. 

I’ve been a diehard M fan my entire life. My oldest daughter will be a Junior at UM this year but this year her younger sister will be a freshmen at Penn State (she wanted to blaze a new trail) and we move her in next week. 

This means I will now be following PSU football also which just feels downright weird. She knows who I will be rooting for when they meet but also giving her support the rest of the year. 

My M daughter has no idea what she’s walked into M football wise with only seeing greatness. A little concerned her sister might have the same good fortune at Penn State and if they win a natty before us it would be a tough pill to swallow.

Regardless, college football! Looking forward to seeing a game there this year although likely not Michigan (although her sister will be there rooting on the Wolverines). 

I find it interesting when these players transfer… most M fans wish them well and understand the decision along with support it.

Then the kid is interviewed and they just can’t help themselves but say something easily construed as negative.

If I were the parent I would advise the word Michigan should NEVER come out of their mouth especially as a comparison that could be viewed negatively.

He was going to be remembered well, now he’s buried himself and many fans will root against him - legacy diminished (add him to the Erik All and McNamara pile)

I applaud your dedication to who you watch games with. I’m in the same boat and only watch with my family. And rooting against Michigan is strongly frowned upon. 

In fact, a few years ago when M was in the championship game against Villanova, my daughter (who was 12 at the time)  picked V in a family/friends pool. I asked her who she would be rooting for and she said V. I conveyed  very seriously “you will be watching the game upstairs.” My wife was very unhappy, but no way my daughter was going to root against M around me for the natty (not sure if this makes me a great M fan, a terrible father, or both). 

Fastforward she is a senior in hs and her older sister is a sophomore at Michigan. She’s rooting for the right team these days :). 

I will be wearing my jumpman navy M tshirt I’ve worn for the last 25 games.  My 15 year old son will be wearing his Haskins jersey.  Go blue!!!
