I took MSU, Nebraska, Iowa, and Rutgers spreads so fast when bets became available Sunday. Nothing is ever guaranteed but those seem like gimmes to me. Add those in with moneylines on WMU, Bama, Georgia, Florida, and Oregon and you got yourself a nice parlay that has a good chance of hitting.
The more preview content I digest, the more confident I feel. Our defense is a good matchup vs their offense. Seems like if the team can get over the mental edge of knowing their shot could get sent to the crowd because of the trees, we can win this game. Lots of people betting FSU +3, but I'm not buying it. Onto the Elite 8!
I want to see some cockiness out of our team. Crush their souls and make sure they know it's coming. I'd be seriously disappointed if they didn't throw jump balls to our big guys.
I see paper tiger to refer to any team that is a perceived threat, when in reality isn't. Lots of people looking at Michigan's schedule and forecasting us to lose in Happy Valley.
I agree, I guess I just have respect for their consistency over the years, especially with OL and RB's. I don't know much about his history before Wisconsin but I think he is what Brady Hoke was to Michigan. Understands what Wisconsin has been but doesn't know how to win big.
I just never understood the "dark horse Heisman" hype for Lewerke. The fact that MSU let him play through that injury for as long as he did also says something about their belief in the rest of their offense.
I think with all their returning talent, the hype matches what we will see on the field. I do think MSU's offense isn't going to bounce back as much as they think. Lewerke may be a little shell-shocked from last year. Hard to shake that once it happens.

You have to assume part of the reason Perry is in the slot is because he excels in these routes our offense asks of a slot. Now that Black is out, it could happen. If Speight is constantly under pressure than I'm sure he would like his go to WR in the slot vs outside. Closer throws when he needs to get the ball away quick
I watched some of purdues game against Missouri. Basically, if we can get them into third and longs we should have no problem shutting their offense down. QB isn't the most accurate thrower. Our offense needs more diversity. Nothing more to say there.
