“On the offense last year, they had great spacing. That’s what I remember. Great spacing, great shooters, like Nik Stauskas, who’s not there right now. But they always have someone to fill the roles. They have a cutting offense, kind of hard to guard.”

the QB had 500 total yards of offense against ND and UM scored 4 touchdowns against Wisconsin. cmon.
|1 week 17 hours ago||that will be the end of the playoff||
if a B1G team is left out with a record equal to or better than an SEC team that didnt win its conference, the playoff wont have a very long lifespan.
|1 week 18 hours ago||ctrl+f "awful"||
nope. didnt say that, or anything like it. in fact I myself have hit and been hit like that before. That doesnt mean its not poor technique and needlessly dangerous.
But keep on putting words into my posts and arguing against those. You'll probably win.
|1 week 18 hours ago||which textbook is that?||
because Tom Mach taught us to rip through the shoulder, and UM's high school technique camp reinforced it.
|1 week 18 hours ago||the other guy id guess||
at full arm extension he snatched it away from someone with better position
|1 week 19 hours ago||that instinct has to be broken||
if that means actively trying to avoid his chin, then so be it
|1 week 19 hours ago||no there isnt||
its been recently discovered that pee wee football hits generates enough force to cause neural dysfunction. chins dont get stronger.
|1 week 19 hours ago||strongly disagree||
those are just the silent hits that dont draw attention because they dont happen to skill position players. if Ross cant make the play without doing that, then he is beat and better luck next time.
|1 week 19 hours ago||thought on that Ross play||
he buried the crown of his helmet into the OL's chin. that isnt proper technique and anyone with strong feelings about the hit Shane Morris took shouldn't be celebrating that. those are the kind of plays that happen all the time in every game, and are the reason why protecting QBs and receivers wont make the game safer.
|1 week 22 hours ago||does he now?||
what a difference a week makes lol.
|1 week 22 hours ago||telling comparison||
|1 week 22 hours ago||well first on my list...||
is that you are a douchebag. second would be that you spray said douchbaggery everywhere, although that actually seems more like our problem.
|1 week 22 hours ago||...and?||
how much leadership do we need from the backup QB?
why couldnt the starting QB do any leading? why would Gardner be expected to lead from behind?
|1 week 1 day ago||lol ×2||
like UM ever has time to audible

|1 week 5 days ago||did u watch any Auburn games last yr?||
doesnt get any flukier than that
|1 week 5 days ago||there are some successful teams||
that would build their entire offense around getting Norfleet 20 touches a game.
such a waste.

at Delaware. true story.
|1 week 6 days ago||what a contrast||
the contrast between the OC/DC pressers and the HC pressers is crazy.
I find myself wondering if Hoke just obfuscates to hide the fact that he doesn't know the answers.
|1 week 6 days ago||still like Morris||
Deshaun Watson is pressing Winston for 1st team all ACC
|2 weeks 22 hours ago||again...this abstract nonsense||
you dont think Paul Johnson adjusts his gameplan week to week to account for different opponents, personnel, etc? and the fact that no one else runs the flexbone doesnt mean anything, given that our current offense was invented by Paul Johnson. teams have a lot of reasons for not installing flexbone offenses, and a main reason is that they dont know how. the service academies are populated with guys that do. Army and Navy have former PJ assistants as head coaches. you dont have any reason for any of these ideas about what the triple option can or cant do. you have no idea what our passing concepts are or where they came from. you just have a reaction to the words "triple option".
with a quarterback who is good at it, like Justin Thomas is, the flexbone can be devastating every week against regular conference opponents.
|2 weeks 22 hours ago||cut vs chop||
you are aware of the difference yes?
|2 weeks 22 hours ago||ha! duh.||
in my enthusiasm to defend my guy, I had a brain fart. my bad.
|2 weeks 23 hours ago||QB dependent||
thats the result of not having a QB behind Nesbitt. Tevin Washington was backup caliber and Vad Lee was a disappointment. Justin Thomas however? Kid can play and no way we dont win 10 this year.
|2 weeks 23 hours ago||gimme a break lol||
these are feelings ball arguments with no basis. Good teams are good regardless of style, which doesnt matter if guys are blocking and running hard.
|2 weeks 23 hours ago||UM should be so lucky lol||
we will never be able to recruit like UGA in this day and age, but Clemson and VT are rivals of ours as well and we do alright in those.
|2 weeks 23 hours ago||not all of us||
we just didnt have the QB we needed between Nesbitt's injury in 2010 and now.
