played high school football and youth basketball/baseball against jared goff. touched his right bicep once...they had a killer offensive line and he only played for the first quarter - meh
buddy of mine asked me to post as a reply - he is the U of M campus rep for a mobile ticketing app based in San Francisco called Gametime. They have all the sporting events in the Detroit area as well most major league cities.
you can download it here (gametime.co/mich) and then from the share page used the code MICH10 for $10 off (I used it for Tigers tickets all summer, there are usually like $7 nose bleed seats).
if the university really wanted to leverage the stadium (aside from adding seats) then YES!!
We should 100% have more food and tailgating options for both students and patrons to enjoy. Maybe would take away from some of the partying and could even make student section look less empty.
Not sure if anyone else has heard about it yet but I have been using this ticketing app called Gametime to get tix for Tigers games this summer.
They have football and basketball tickets for Michigan too! Pretty average prices for football but sometimes I get almost free seats to Tigers games. Use my promo code- BIGWIN2243 for $10 free (mods delete if this is too promotion-y)
Guess it'll save me money on controllers...who wouldn't throw theirs when a middle linebacker jumps ten feet in the air to take a pick-six to the house?
Living in San Francisco at the time, I went to the niners/lions Sunday night game last season. We wore Michigan stuff as the stick is not the best environment for away fans. A large (were talking 4XL) African American man in front of us notices the u of m stuff and asks who we're rooting for, I say that we just want a good game. He is nowhere to be found until the fourth quarter when he stumbles back to his seat, piss drunk and yells at us the entire fourth quarter "CALL BARRY SANDERS! WHERE'S SANDERS! Y'ALL SUCK CALL UP BARRY" the lions would lose and be would be found vomiting off of the south escalator as we walked back to the car.
I personally wore one (clear) as a lineman only in certain games during high school. Generally rivalry games that got a little heated. As a d lineman anything goes on the interior and a finger in the eyeball hurts like no other
Got there 45 minutes before kick; after we convinced johnny wanglers mother to feed us sandwiches at her tail gate. Row 43 seats in section 31, no complaints here
Everything I could have hoped for and more, ate the dickens inn by the tower bridge and it was fantastic, and one called the flag today in watford. Both were great
Another smaller school to add; Redlands in Redlands, CA. Same size campus as USC, with 1/8 the students, close to the beach, and the mountains, as well as great golf in Palm Springs and just an hour from LA.
Also has the winningest 4 year college football team in California.

been getting seats for super cheap off of this app called Gametime, prices seem to be competitive with Stubhub and other secondary markets.
the app is free on the app store and i think on the google play store as well!
check it out and get $10 off your first purchase when you use the code MICH10

As a current student at UM, and one who took Bacon's ED 212 Fall semester last year, I personally cannot wait for the book's release. (baked potatoe)
