22 hours 29 min ago	Re: Realtors	See if you can find a buyers agent, a company that doesn't directly list houses.  You want someone working only for you and some of the major realtors agents I've experienced will sometimes steer you in a direction they want you to go.  I'm not suggesting they're shady, just that they make more money when you buy one of their listings.  That can dictate some of their advice.

2 days 19 hours ago	Another Michigan fan	friend of mine has a great framed picture of Desmond doing "the pose" along with another smaller pic of Tressel next to it...he met him, got it signed, and has it on permanent display at his residence.  Sometimes occasions like this with a guy like Tressel can't be wasted. Very cool story, bro.

6 days 20 hours ago	I won't neg you..	but after AAALLLLLL the guys Hoke and his staff have recruited and gotten to commit, they'd end up recruiting someone that reminds us of that thug?  Sure, there's a chance of inflated recruiting numbers, but I'm sure they've seen him plenty seeing as he's from Southfield.  I seriously doubt it.

6 days 20 hours ago	I am partial	to Water Polo...the women have a team, I think the men should too.  UM has such a strong swimming team, there is sometimes guys who are good swimmers but get burned out and want a change of pace.  Some great players come from the swimming ranks. I'm also a fan of Rugby...esp at the college level.  When I was at Air Force...lkoiioidmosm years ago, AFA were national champs two years in a row.  Very fun to get into, and there's lots of drinking afterwards.
