I work with Dr James Voos, director of sports medicine at University Hospitals and head surgeon for the Cleveland Browns. He and his partner Dr Michael Salata are excellent. They are leaders in the concepts and knowledge for cartilage restoration and stem cell treatments for various knee problems. Both are great guys who would give you honest answers and not feed you a line of bull. Of course, more information would be helpful to better guide you in which direction to go. If you feel comfortable in doing so, leave your email address and I can correspond with you and try to answer any questons you and your SO may have. Best of luck!

Politicians in DC including the Clintons when Bill was in office and Newt Gingrinch.
Bob Ryan from Sports Reporters, Around the Horn and the TK Show at Metro Airport.
Pete Rose at the Ice Bar in Mandalay Bay. He signs autographs near there and came in to watch the end of the Dolphins/Broncos game. Stormed out cussing when the Broncos didn't stop em late to cover. Old habits die hard?
Phil Ivey (poker player) walking into Bellagio. My brother turned and yelled "hey Phil Ivey....I could read you like a book!!". Good thing we were leaving.

I don't get all the misgivings re: this hire. I work in medicine and the first doctor I trained under was in his late 60s and behind on some of the newer things. Does this mean I do everything like him now? No. I develop my own techniques and knowledge based on the multitude of others I have worked with and trained under. I'm sure Coach Tolbert did the same. I'd trust Coach Harbaugh to know what's best for the program.

I worked several years with D-1 programs and the coaches who I saw get the most from their players were the ones who connected with them. You could see it at Friday nights dinners and pre game meals and meetings. Those kids just had a look in their eyes like they would run through a wall for that coach.

Special teams screwed them. A kickoff return to the 5? A 10 yard punt? And what happened to the aggressive blitz schemes that had Romo on his before he could he even complete his drops?

YouTube "I'm a cow, hear me moo". My soon to be 3 year old nephew watches this. It's so dumb it's funny.

Early 3rd quarter. Still in the game at that point but Morris I think fumbled and then threw an INT. Thought he should have put Gardner back in if for nothing more than a spark. That ended it for me.

Don't stop rooting. They're kids for the most part trying their best. I root for to see their excitement when making a play. I root for how they rallied around Lloyd Carr's grandson and the kid espn did the special on earlier this year.

When I see the OL from Wisonsin, Nebraska, etc I see men out there. Our OL still looks like a bunch of fat high school kids. Yes I have seen pictures of Green shirtless and such but great physique does not always equal football strength. I see our front seven getting pushed around and I think this comes from poor technique and lack of overall strength. It starts in the winter and summer programs and I hope one area that is changed is the weight room.
|1 year 4 weeks ago||Not one player||
There is not one player on this team who deserves a legends jersey. No #1, no #2. I like Ryan but he is playing out of position. No one on that team is playing up to anything. Just a bad football team

If he had been president of the university for 5 years and this was his first time ever showing up, I would say it means something. He may make this a once per year thing for all we know.
|1 year 6 weeks ago||I don't get it||
The team is struggling and things have been rough. Former players want to come this weekend, a big weekend mind you, and show support and people somehow turn this into an orchestrated puppet show by Dave Brandon. No where does it mention him! Ever think the former players wanted to do this on their own?
|1 year 7 weeks ago||Agree||
People are looking for any reason to bash the AD and the athletic department. Ever think the football players hear the boycott crap and get tired of it? That the team really does want fans there and those fans to be loud and get them hyped? Be positive, show up and cheer for a great game.
|1 year 7 weeks ago||Dumb idea||
This is Michigan- the students, the team, and the alumni. Not supporting the team is the most anti-Michigan thing I can think of. Show up on time, help get the team excited and earn a victory over PSU!

Only thing any fan said to me "it's a long drive back to Lansing!!". What can you say? They're new to the Big Ten
|1 year 7 weeks ago||Will always watch||
I don't watch Dave Brandon. I don't watch Brady Hoke. I watch Michigan Football. I think recruit Grant Newsome said (paraphrasing) "I didn't commit to the University of Brady Hoke. I committed to the University of Michigan". This whole boycott Maryland was the most idiotic thing on this board this week, created by the creator of this board who now says he'll wait and see what happens. Show up, cheer and and be a supporter....not a whiney ass.
|1 year 7 weeks ago||Huh?||
You're assuming the student athletes are unhappy. Have you seen the facilities? The plans for renovations? Folks-we're not very good at football right now. I hope they turn it around and play well this weekend. Here's to great game Saturday and GO BLUE!!
|1 year 8 weeks ago||Pathetic||
This fan base, specifically mgoblog, has lost its mind. You don't get the blood from the coach so you now turn your wrath to the athletic trainers and physicians? Its bad enough to read posts about boycotting games, wearing red and ripping tickets in half. What's next? Are you sure Shane's helmet was fit properly? Should we go after the equipment managers too?

Going to a Michigan football game is something I cherish. The crowd, the helmets, the banner, the Victors. I won't miss one minute of Michigan football. I'll yell as loud as possible when the band comes out that tunnel and when the Victors is played. Michigan football is more than Brady Hoke. More than Dave Brandon. There are a 100+ young men who get one shot at this in their lives and I'll be backing them 100%.

This is the kind of talk that infuriates me. To call someone a piece of shit is ridiculous. By all accounts, people say he is a good, decent man. He supports the kids, the university and the philanthropic events they do. You may say you think he is an awful coach or should be fired. I think he should have taken Morris out even earlier. Lay off the piece of shit comments and find better ways to describe your viewpoint,

I once worked college football and in our coach's 3rd year we had 50+ freshmen and RS freshmen on the roster. This was due to the previous staff's horrible recruiting and "win it now" attitude by signing a bunch of JUCOs. We went 2-9 that year. 3 later that same group won the IAA national championship. Young talent takes time to develop. We'll get there.

Started off with Bloody Mary at 10 am on the first tee and just finished dinner with a Star Hill IPA. Conversation at dinner devolved into who would win in the octagon: a chicken or a duck? Had some fictional sweet action going with most favoring the chicken.
