If you have then it's news to me. Drew will be a Dawg. He grew up a fan and his mother wants him close to home. I wish I wasn't this confident that UGA gets a player of Drew's caliber but you win some and lose some in recruiting. If not, he will go to Auburn or FSU. I actually coached against Drew, 2 years ago when he was a sophmore, and he played well for an underclassmen.
Denard has the talent. When Urban Meyer wants you as his Percy Harvin/do-it-all replacement, that's saying something. I watched him light up the Friday Night Lights Camp two years ago in Gainesville when he was a senior at Deerfield Beach but he was playing WR. Thanks Urban for not giving the kid a chance to play QB. We appreciate it.
Everything I have heard about Drew is that he is a good ole southern boy and I don't mean it in a negative way, except for UM fans. He has a very close relationship with his mother and a lot of people believe he won't leave the south. Avery is working on him but like most southerners, "Momma knows best." Thats unfortunate but anything can happen if he gets on campus.
Hopefully Isiah Crowell picks Bama over UGA. If he does then Hart is ours. Crowell has stated that Bama and UGA lead. With Richt on the hot seat, Bama seems like the safer choice to me. If only this scenario plays out...
We need to remain disciplined and keep the "bend but don't break" philosophy against the Irish that we showed during the UCONN game. If Floyd is in a one on one situation, we will be in trouble. By doubling him, it opens up Allen and Cierre Wood. Its a double-edged sword but pressuring Crist is our best way to attack ND defensively, IMO.
Are you keeping the Vlad profile pic and username? I liked him as a person but he never seemed to be himself after his high school injury. I wish him well in life but hopefully HaHa, LaQuentin Smith, Avery Walls, or all of them will take his spot(s). I know its going to be tough to pull HaHa away from the defending champs, but if anybody can, its the University of Michigan and its strong Dr. Phillips connection.
Frost is coming for the Michigan State game right? I believe Auburn leads but we can definitely land him with a big win over Little Brother. Frost is like Cam Gordon, a player that wants a shot at receiver but is better suited for defense (LB). I really want this kid in our class along with an elite nose tackle like Jernigan, Cooper, or Mickey Johnson. However, I would settle for Brandon Jackson and Delvin Simmons, teammates from McKeesport, PA that play OLB and DT.
I agree that Denard has a possibility to come close to White's rushing yards but lets be real; Big Ten defenses are tougher than the Big East defenses Pat White use to shred.
On the goal line play where J.T. Floyd jarred the ball loose, did anyone else notice the fullback light Kovacs up? I trust our coaches but still question some of the defensive packages, this one in particular.
Thomas Gordon made some plays filling in for Carvin. Although experience is nice to have, especially on the road, I would love to see Carvin and Marvin playing at the spur and bandit. Kovacs could still start and is a perfect mentor for Marvin.
Kovacs is a smart, heady player but I strongly believe Marvin Robinson will see the field in the near future. His athleticism, speed, and size are scary good.
If, and its a big if, we can sway HAHA, would we still take Avery Walls. I like the way both of these kids play football and would take both of them if it were up to me. Avery is in town for the UCONN game and hope we can land one of them, if not both. I know our number of schollies is decreasing but I would take both.

He lit up LSU's defense last weekend. The kid can flat out fly.
