|3 weeks 6 days ago||Netflix||
With a premium Netflix account (I think like 12 per month), tons of 4k content (native), including most if not all original Netflix content. Amazon prime also streams some native 4k.

Sorry, what I meant to say is that i "heard" the porn was revolutionary, and "my friend" had his first threesome on it. Personally, I would never watch porn. The VR porn "my friend" watches is only 180 degrees so there's not enough room for the 11-some.

I have a Gear VR. The gaming is OK i think, but the porn viewing is revolutionary. I had my first threesome on it.

|29 weeks 2 days ago||Negged you||
I'll explain why. It just seems that you're dismissing an extremely serious subject (an alleged rape) bc of the source of information. Did you even read the article? Honestly, I'm infuriated by your post. Neg away.

Recognize that you're making conclusive assumptions with very little knowledge of the situation.

"Cassius Clay is a slave name. I didn't choose it, and I didn't want it. I am Muhammad Ali, a free name - it means beloved of God - and I insist people use it when speaking to me and of me.'"

Is it racist of me if I think the kid looks and reminds me of a mini Ted Cruz?

Kinda weird that he's got an image of channing stribling fixed to his body, for the rest of his life.
|1 year 12 weeks ago||Huh?||
Honestly don't get this sad attempt at a joke (i think??). I know about two dozen people named Mohammed, I'm guessing you know zero.
|1 year 18 weeks ago||Eh||
I guess this makes me feel better, but I don't think you're using the phrase "house money" appropriately.
|1 year 18 weeks ago||Michigan||
In recent years past, where Michigan was out of contention for anything of significance, no doubt we would all root against Ohio St. Semantics aside ("Ohio St. winning" vs. "Michigan St. losing") I don't understand how anybody here isn't rooting for an Ohio St. win over MSU. Maybe some people just don't understand the implications of this game on Michigan's chances to make the B1G championship and subsequently the CFP.
|1 year 40 weeks ago||A bit premature to draw that conclusion...||
Respectfully, I think it's a bit premature to draw such a conclusion. If in fact there was a hack that originated from the private residence of one staff member without knowledge of upper management or front office, I don't think it's worse... I'm skeptical any competitive advantage was gained by the Cardinals organization in this scenario. In fact, to even compare with deflategate, shouldn't there be some assessment of how any hacked information was used by the Cards to gain a competitive edge?
Regarding the information that was leaked to the Internet, at most that harmed the Astros (I'm not aware of any other team benefiting from this information, which has been known for a while), but how severely and to whose benefit?

As a Muslim of Arab ethnicity, I was upset by Harbaugh's tweet. I find your post to be directed to people like me, and I hope you can reconsider your insulting dismissiveness here. I believe one could reasonably interpret Harbaugh's tweet to mean that one is less of an American for not being proud of Chris Kyle or gung-ho about that movie. I understand that some would like to intrepret his tweet as a strong affirmation of the First Amendment, but I would just like to point out that there are other interpretations that are just as, if not more, reasonable.
|2 years 2 weeks ago||huh?||
How exactly does that make me part of the problem?
|2 years 2 weeks ago||Could care less about the expelling...||
What i really want is the names of those chanting/involved. All the free speech activists crying foul over their expulsion should have zero problem with this... all part of the free marketplace of ideas. Seems that it has been confirmed that the racist who was standing up and singing enthusiastically is named Parker J. Rice.
|2 years 2 weeks ago||really shocked...||
and dissapointed in both the comment (that somehow this clearly racist song targetting a particular group is not "hate speech") and the up votes it's getting (assuming the upvotes = agreement here). Can somebody explain to me why they believe this textbook example of hate speech is not actually hate speech? Common sense definition of hate speech, no question about it. ABA definition of hate speech, same applies:
Hate speech is speech that offends, threatens, or insults groups, based on race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or other traits.
|2 years 2 weeks ago||Actually...||
They were not among themselves. There was a bus full of some sorority, clearly there were people there that were not singing and were not part of the fraternity. They were not "among themselves."

He's not trolling. Not sure how you could argue that the song was not hate speech. Seems quite obvious that it was. Or are you being sarcastic?

seems that it was alma mater day in 49ers camp, so that would be the reason:
|2 years 21 weeks ago||You just reached "this point"||
I mean, i think it was a foregone conclusion that Hoke would not be in the big office next season well before this debacle. I think we need to focus on the AD... don't we need the new AD to start the new coaching search? Surely DB is not the guy to find him.

|2 years 28 weeks ago||Not trying to revive this old||
Not trying to revive this old debate, sorry if I struck a nerve as it's not something that I care much about, but I did read "Three and Out" a while ago and, perhaps my memory is fading, but I feel like Bacon had described some detrimental activities aside from what you are citing (i.e., "reaching out to Rodriguez to encourage him to throw his hat in the ring").
|2 years 28 weeks ago||when did he announce his||
when did he announce his retirement? i thought it was after we lost to oregon that year, not after the horror. also, i think firing Lloyd might have made a difference... aren't there some suspicions that his behind the scenes activities during the coaching search/richrod tenure were detrimental to the program (i think this was implied in John Bacon's "Third and Out" BUT i might be wrong), and firing him might have mitigated that? of course, hindsight is 20/20.

The Harjo case in 1999 was before D.C. district and circuit courts, as opposed to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. The Federal Circuit I think has interpreted the disparagement clause of the trademark statute only once I believe (might be wrong), but very recently... last month, they upheld the PTO's denial of trademark for "STOP THE ISLAMISATION OF AMERICA."
