Literally as high a need as you could ever have...
|15 hours 37 min ago||Literally?||
In order for the position to be as high a need as you literally could ever have I'd think there would need to be no returning LBs on the roster, no one capable/willing to give it a try, and no current commits who might fit the bill.
I'm no recruiting expert, but it seems that many think that Viramontes is an LB rather than QB, and potentially a very good one. There are also a number of OLB/ILB prospects still on the board. (Bush Jr, Jones, Kelly, Jackson...)

I take it from the double-post that it was a #2?
|6 weeks 5 days ago||No streaming?||
I know that the instructions on the GoGo Inflight wireless service specifically mention that streaming services like Netflix, etc. are not allowed (blocked?) ...Unsure about WatchESPN. I've used their wireless, but have not tried streaming anything. You might want to chat with their customer service to find out if just a few select sites vs. all streaming is blocked before you fork over the money for it.
Then again, if you go with an "unofficial" stream rather then the WatchESPN app, maybe their software is not sofisticated enough to notice? It's probably worth the money to try. Worst case scenario, I would think that you would able to get a stream of the radio broadcast.
Good luck and Go Blue!

...If they have a (commitable) offer.
There has been lots of talk that there is mutual disinterest between UofM and Hayes and that Michigan cooled on Kareem (or had other prospects move above him on the board) in the time since his commitment to 'bama.

Sorry if this info is buried somewhere in the 31 pages of discussion thus far, but wha't s the story with Derrick Green (or lack thereof) today?
Further down the depth chart with Johnson back?

This made a huge difference for me today. Thanks a bunch for the head's-up!

I don't know if it's a BIG channel, but it looks like it's on channel 82.
(I may be in the same boat as the OP, and want to cover all of my bases.) I have SiriusXM, but just in case will check out TuneIn. I've had trouble finding a station on iHeartRadio in the past, but appreciate the suggestions there too.

I spoke with someone at the M Den while i was in town over Art Fair & ask about any concerns they had selling Adidas gear this year with Nike coming in next year.
Her response: "In Harbaugh's first year? I don't think we're going to have any problems!"

I think we could live with this sort of passing production! (Not a comment on Cole, specifically... Noting the context around Manningham's freshman year stats.)
Mario Manningham's Freshman year:

|17 weeks 4 days ago||RE: Hill||
Am I correct in understanding that once a prospect has committed, no more Crystal Balls may be placed for that school? ...So for Hill, people can only pick a school other than PSU (such as Michigan.) No one can jump on the PSU bandwagon, but throwing a UofM pick in there might earn them a few points, if he flips, right?
Not that this means the M picks are meaningless, but I think the trend might hold more weight with the uncommitted prospects rather than the committed ones. Do I have the proper understanding here?

Sorry. I forgot. Why play the games when you can just average the recruiting rankings of the players and get your answer ahead of time?
I'd hate to think we have a staff that could identify and develop talent.
Who was it who said "Jim Harbaugh: College Football's biggest winner"?

I'll hazard a guess:
We're not in football season, so room for more wide-ranging posts.
A potential starter for an in-division competitor has left the team.
I can't say I'll revisit the thread again, but did find it interesting. It's at least more relevant to Michigan football than Clint Dempsey tearing up a pad of paper.
|25 weeks 1 day ago||Davis effect?||
I wonder how much of a factor, if any, Kingston Davis might have been in this offer.
I am in no way suggesting that Joshnson is not worthy of an offer on his own merits, but having both teammates committed (along with Washington already on campus) will only help our attempts to keep Davis in the fold as he fields more serious interest from many of the top SEC programs.
Clearly the coaches would not have offered Johnson if they did not feel he was qualified, but maybe the teammate factor weighed in a bit?
|33 weeks 23 hours ago||Agreed||
Depth is much greater on the D-line, which is also accustomed to platooning.
O-line lacks the depth, and guys were not playing with the folks they usually would.
To me the spring game only confirmed that we have much more depth in run defense than o-line, but not much more.

|34 weeks 4 days ago||Depth Chart Spacing||
Not redshirting Malzone would also provide a bit of space on the depth chart between Malzone and Gentry, though who knows if Gentry would stay around if there is a player just one year ahead of him who is at/near the top of the depth chart.
|34 weeks 4 days ago||Or||
...Or Rudock makes a leap with improved coaching and improves from servicable to very good.
Either Rucock or any other QB functioning as a better QB this year than Rudock was over the last two is fine by me!
|34 weeks 5 days ago||1 year||
Malzone, Gentry, Speight, and Morris will all have 1 year in the system. At this point it, unfortunately, seems unclear if Speight and Morris' previos time in the previous system was helpful.
I expect a transfer before the 2016 season, but it could just as easily be O'Korn if he arrives this year and then realizes that any number of QBs already on the roster are in front of him going into the 2016 campaign.
|34 weeks 5 days ago||Transfers||
I agree with the depth thought as well... Assuming no one transfers out before the season starts.
