The Packers sign a big named free agent? Have you been following them the last few years? |

Is it just me or does it look like every FT could be rebounded by the opposing team if missed?! |

What a soft, soft team. Too bad the tournament isn't a horse contest! |
| 11 weeks 2 days ago | Correct me if I'm wrong but |
Correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't Mich be the 3 seed? IU is 2-0 against MSU and thus would have the highest winning percentage against the 3 other schools. MSU is 0-2 against IU so they would have the lowest. OSU is 1-1 against the next highest team Wis where Mich is 0-1. That would make OSU the 2 and Mich the 3. |

Man, Michigan is half court shot and a bad Penn State loss away from having a one game lead in the Big Ten and a chance on Sunday to win the conference out right! |

Does this team even practice boxing out? Also, quit trapping the ball screen! |
| 12 weeks 4 days ago | Does Michigan ever practice |
Does Michigan ever practice boxing out or getting through screens? Man they are horrible at both! |

I can't believe people are surprised Denard ran that fast and are saying he is more quick than fast...what team were you watching the last four years? Not surprised! |
| 13 weeks 4 days ago | Agreed man, I've never seen |
Agreed man, I've never seen him yell at anyone let alone a ref...light a fire under somebody's ass once in a while. Also, their defense is just terrible. It's a lot easier to get stops than it is to out score people! |

| 15 weeks 1 day ago | As much as I want to |
As much as I want to believe Ole Miss committed major violations, the more I think they just got lucky. They got lucky when they offered Denzel Nkemdiche a few years ago and he ended up having a younger brother who happened to be the #1 recruit in the nation. They got lucky the Nkemdiche's grew up in a household that wanted their sons to play together. They got lucky Anthony Standifer didn't get in to Michigan or Notre Dame for whatever reason and Ole Miss was able to admit him. That obviously helped with Treadwell. Once you start to build momentum in recruiting it's hard to stop and with 2 big names already in the fold it's no suprise others followed. Doesn't hurt their campus is beautiful, their female students are beautiful and most high school are probably more difficult academically. Was there some shady stuff going on? Sure. But it's the SEC and I'm almost positive they weren't doing anything those other schools weren't doing. Is it going to matter in the long run? Probably not a whole lot. Bama and LSU aren't going anywhere and beside it actually helps the rest of the country that all those 5 stars didn't chose Bama/LSU/Florida/etc.

| 17 weeks 1 day ago | Denard will have some time to |
Denard will have some time to improve his WR skills in the months leading up to the draft and most likely run a fast 40 time at the combine. Some team will take a chance on him in the early rounds. I know everyone remember Armanti Edwards or maybe you've blocked that name from memory. Anyways, he was a 3rd pick a couple of years ago and that's about where I expect Denard to go. As a Packer fan I would love for them to take Denard and have Cobb show him the ropes. |

| 17 weeks 3 days ago | I did a little twitter |
I did a little twitter stalking, and he says he's transferring to GR Christian to play with Drake Harris. Maybe he got Drakes offer by mistake. Also, based off of his tweets, not sure the coaches would be interested. Lots of "shits" and N bombs! |
| 17 weeks 3 days ago | I doubt this is legit, only |
I doubt this is legit, only thing I could find was 8 catches for 118 yds and 1 TD last season. This seems weird. http://highschoolsports.mlive.com/player/rodney-davis/ |

I'm pretty sure it's a guy committed to UCLA...Kenny Lacy I believe. |
| 25 weeks 4 days ago | One key play that hasn't been |
One key play that hasn't been discussed yet and pissed me off at the time was not kicking into the end zone after Denard's long TD run. Instead we squib kick it and OSU gets the ball at like the 40 with plenty of time left. We did pretty well to hold them to a 52 yd FG but 15 more yards is pretty significant in that situation. |
| 29 weeks 5 days ago | Everyone ripping on Bellomy, |
Everyone ripping on Bellomy, this would happen to almost every school in the country! Do you not remember what happened 2 weeks ago against Illinois?! Nebraska's defense totally changed when Denard went out. The kid was understandably overwhelmed! Wouldn't it have been the same if Martinez went out?! Imagine you're a 19 year old not expecting to play and all of sudden you get thrown to the wolves on the road in a night game with the Division title on the line. Cut the kid some slack! |
| 29 weeks 5 days ago | Everyone bitching about |
Everyone bitching about Bellomy, how many schools across the country would fair well if their starting QB went out? In all reality he should be 3rd on the depth chart! If Martinez goes out we win and Nebraska's offense looks the same. Give the kid a break! |
| 29 weeks 5 days ago | Everyone upset at Michigan |
Everyone upset at Michigan for their no visit policy needs to view the situation in reverse. What if a kid had multiple offers, committed to Michigan and the other schools he was considering filled up at his position. Then Michigan decides they like someone better and stops recruiting him and tells him him they found someone better. He then has to look at new schools since the others he was considering are all full at his position...he has to settle for a lower tier school Wouldn't everyone be upset with Michigan if this was the case? Michigan commits to a kid just as much as the kid commits to Michigan. They are considering multiple players at each position and lately it seems have to turn kids away because they are full at that position. Then if one of those kids decommits they have to search for others and often times the players they were looking at earlier are now committed elsewhere (see Pocic). I think this is a very fair policy and holds both parties accountable...Michigan will consider your position filled and won't try and replace you, player will be considered committed and won't look to find replacements i.e. visit other schools. |
| 1 year 19 weeks ago | Cam Gordon |
What about moving him to TE. He played WR in high school but after watching Rudolph break away from him 2 years ago he obviously lacks top end speed. He has put on some weight so I don't think it would be a bad move to put him at Tight End and see how he does. Thoughts? |

| 1 year 31 weeks ago | I don't understand why people |
I don't understand why people are that suprised that kids from Ohio who grew up rooting for the Buckeys would still want to go there dispite all of the uncertainty. The majority of readers here are probably from Michigan and grew up cheering for the maize and blue. I feel like a vast majority of mgobloggers would still choose Michigan given the same circumstances. I know I would... |
| 1 year 31 weeks ago | A spread offense with a |
A spread offense with a quarterback who can run and not a running back that can throw. So basically Oregon's offense. If you listened to Brian Kelly on Gameday he specifically said they want a QB who can run (Dennis Dixon is playing in the NFL as a QB for example). Growing up a Michigan fan I have memories (nightmares) of Donovan McNabb, Vince Young, Troy Smith escaping would be sacks and getting first downs. I always wanted someone like that and thought RichRod would make that happend. Denard is great but he is more a runner who can throw vs. a thrower who can run. A Michigan example would to be imagine our offense against Florida but add in a few zone reads by our QB. |
| 1 year 31 weeks ago | Bubble? |
I have no clue why we haven't thrown one bubble screen all year. Teams kill our D with that and Mich St. was obviously stacking the box. I don't understand why we don't try and get the ball out on the edge and let our guys make plays. I also don't understand why Michael Shaw didn't see anytime today. Again Mich St. was sending guys up the middle all game and it didn't seem like we every tried to run the ball outside. This game was clearly on the coaches. We had no clue on offense...Al was clearly lost out there today. |
