Wow, two of my favorite beers, lucky. The Palo Santo is on my top 5 list, its my go to celebration-of-a-big-event-in-my-life beer. And Hercules is one of my favorite imperial IPAs alongside Ruination and Double Jack
Just when I think nothing can piss me off more than Iowa, they have to remind me that I don't have hockey to look forward to after college football ends
I believe that A&M will actually show up for our game against LSU. Ever since we switched to Tannehill at qb, we've played well enough to beat anyone, and i believe that had he been playing against arkansas, we would have beat them
and don't worry, we'll step our shit up for the sake of the big 12, we played almost well enough to beat arkansas and ever since we put tannehill in we've been unstoppable
martinez needs to quit floating it, he's throwing gifts up there for washington. the td was almost picked off for the same reason. put some zip on the damn ball
Lets just all hate on the Aggies here why don't we...
Seriously, i'm a freshman down at A&M and its not as bad as everyone is making it out to be. Most of the kids who actually go to school here are normal and don't have that Texas or nothing attitude.
But I'm turning a bunch of Aggies into michigan fans down here, and we are getting a group together to go to the game
my hometown is 30 minutes away from eastern, so i decided to go check out the field a few weeks ago. let me just tell you: it looks even worse up close in real life. I can't imagine watching a game there, it honestly hurts to look at because its so damn bright.
the sad thing is, they really had no reason to do this, people do go to football games there and they are decent. people around there love football, they don't need gimmick incentives to go
About True Grit: One thing in favor of Inception is the Coen Brothers already have their oscar, while Nolan doesn't and a lot of people felt the Dark Knight was snubbed, so he has that going for him. They already expanded the best picture field to 10 based off the reaction to TDK not getting nominated
Regarding the children: I originally thought the same, however on the second viewing, i believe the girl was wearing something slightly different, and they were in different positions than they had been all movie. Its subtle enough to where you aren't gonna notice it unles you are looking, and maybe i am only seeing it because i want to believe the top fell.
Thats what i love about the ending, there are things for both sides to point at to prove their belief
Good analysis: A smart movie that makes people feel that they at least somewhat understand it, even if they aren't really sure about the details. That makes the movie accessable.
Thats why I am surprised at the positive reaction to this movie. People I would never have expected to, fans of movies like Transformers, tell me how much they love this movie. Its awesome and refreshing
I love that not one person in this thread has said anything truly negative about this film. Out of the many people i know who have seen it, all but two have loved it.
This movie has given me hope for the film industry. This is what movies should be, more than just mindless explosions, pretty special effects, and cardboard actors
As for Saito being old and Cobb still being young, remember that Saito died at least a few minutes before Cobb awoke in limbo, which equates to quite a long time
Seeing it again a second time makes it that much better. You pick up do much more, especially at the beginning, because you aren't trying to figure everything out.
As for the ending, i've flip-flopped about it about 3 or 4 times, but right now i say the top was going to fall and he wasn't dreaming
I feel like had we pulled this one off, the year would have been so much different. Though i guess you can say that about any game we lost (except maybe Penn State, i never really felt like we were in that one to begin with)
i really wish our playbook had some sort of wildcat in it so that i could utilize denard there, but i haven't really found any playbooks that could be pure denard yet
My team won it's second consecutive state title last weekend in washington, and we set the meet record as well with 82.5 points, next best was 38. Four state champions and two second placers.
It appears we will meet up at nationals. Should be a good fight
I would be so happy if A&M ended up in the big ten somehow. I'm going down there as a freshman this year, and that might give me the opportunity to see michigan come down and play them
The only finale that has ever satisfied me was Scrubs (the real finale, forgetting this last year even happened). It closed things up perfectly and felt like the perfect end to the series
Good, i just gained some respect Bradshaw
I've always hated Roethlisberger, just seemed like a big overrated douche who thinks wayyyyy to highly of himself.
Glad to see I'm not the only one

I would classify it as very solid. Its nothing to write home about, but I would never turn one down. Its a good, simple, nothing fancy IPA

Yup, Spokane. Actually went to my high school, graduated the year before I got there
Jason Hansen
Mark Rypien
John Stockton
Ryne Sandberg
Adam Morrison
If I remember correctly you can't play November night games in the Big Ten
I'm gonna go with under, as i believe they are playing on turf.
Wonder how he's gonna handle not having any grass to eat, probably not well
anyone watching the winter classic? 0-0 at first intermission, and a pretty good game so far
why the hell would you not give it to clay on the 2pt conversion. stupid, stupid call on the shotgun pass. at least try a play action
yup, greens been missing wide open receivers that whole drive.
its nice to not have to worry about our backup, at least for the moment
oh ya, and the big 12 has made fools of ourselves outside of OSU so far, its sad

you are forgetting about texas a&m, we play lsu.

This is a good year to go to A&M
nice run by hart on his first carry of the game
I definitely would not call Gardner a better passer than Tate right now, but i do agree it kinda feels like we definitely should have redshirted him
Jamar Adams
its actually fairly good with jack, vodka, or 151(which i have recently become a major fan of).
dammit, it sucks being an aggie. this was supposed to be our year, unfortuantely jerrod doesn't agree
Gig em' Aggies!
BTHO OSU!
Gig em' Aggies!
For kickoff: jack and dr. pepper
For the rest of the game: some classy natty ice
Lets just all hate on the Aggies here why don't we...

Oh you can go to hell, i'm an Aggie. But that would be an awesome bowl game, win win for me
ya, that was pretty damn awesome, and it took some balls to do

Memento is one of my favorite movies. Nolan has a knack for making movies about the mind
I'm planning on seeing it again this weekend. I love doing that with movies like this, i get so much more out of it the second time around
Took care of it
Ah, haven't seen that yet. Need to, but haven't gotten around to it
i really wish our playbook had some sort of wildcat in it so that i could utilize denard there, but i haven't really found any playbooks that could be pure denard yet
yup, that would be me
Play zone, switch to a LB, then just sit right where he throws it every time. Easy pick
My friend does it against me all the time, therefore shutting down my slant game completely
