Uh, no they haven't. Dad just stated pretty emphatically that that hasn't happened. Then he offered this...
"We will evaluate everything tomorrow with my family. (Kalen) will call all three schools on Tuesday and let them all know his final decision" - Rob Deloach
He said his son was on a "visit high" when he commented, which is what he expected. That's why he always planned to let things settle for a day before sitting down as a family to discuss things.
Every family doesn't handle the recruiting process the same way. This family's process is different than most. It'll be an interesting to see how it plays out.
People are trying to slam Michigan and the Wolverines can't defend themselves. Michigan gave Enis an academic plan at the start of the year. It didn't work out. The same can be said for others in this class. Regarding Swenson, Michigan told him to camp, Michigan wanted to see him workout at his school, none of that happened. He never official visited to Ann Arbor. I certainly understand how people could initially view all these decommitments, but I believe there is a justifiable story with each one. My opinion.
Jordan Reed isn't a bad backup option at TE. I had him and dropped him after he had concussion a while back because o didn't think he would return this year with all the concussions he's had.
Current lineup QB - Tyrod Taylor RB - Matt Forte, Chris Ivory WR - Sammy Watkins, Danny Amendola TE - Austin Jenkins Flex - Todd Gurley D - Carolina K - Justin Tucker
Bench QB - Drew Brees, Ryan Fitzpatrick RB - Giovani Bernard WR- Jordan Matthews, DeVante Parker TE - Gary Barnidge
With Gurley getting limited carries the last 2 weeks, do I start Parker or Barnidge over Gurley or leave him at flex? I don't like Manziel throwing to Barnidge but it's an option.
I picked up Parker today in case Amendola can't go tonight. He's may be a good flex option though.
Pick 3...Amendola, Stevie Johnson, Sammy Watkins and Jordan Matthews. I have Amendola, Watkins and Johnson set right now. Only questioning Matthews because Sanchez is playing and he loved him last year.
According to Roseboro, location won’t factor into his decision.“My parents, they’re going to come wherever I go,” Roseboro said. “We’ve already talked about that. They said, ‘Don’t go somewhere just because you don’t think we’re not going to make it. We’re going to be at every game.’ They’re in a position where they can do that.”
With the following quote "it seems that you just suck at reading, or are being intentionally misleading" Why even post the first part of that sentence? I'm not the only one who was having trouble reading this article. That's one of the reasons the original title had a question mark.
But I hope it makes you feel better that I probably "suck at reading" since the article was so well written.
You took the words right out of my mouth with the leverage. Watching Howard and Nelson sitting outside the team huddle during timeouts makes me want to go through the TV. I don't give a shit if you "think" you are better than the team, the coach or the organization, THIS IS A TEAM SPORT. Last time i checked, I've never seen one or two players win a 5 on 5 basketball on their own. Get your ass in the huddle with the rest of the team and be a good teammate. You make MILLIONS of dollars and you can't spend 30-60 seconds in the team huddle a few times a game. RIDICULOUS!
This crap would never happen in college, you think Bobby Knight would have allowed Chaney to chill at the end of the bench during a timeout?!?! Chairs would have been flying. NCAA > NBA
Can a recruit just to a coach "thanks but no thanks" when it comes to a visit? I think Dymonte will stay blue regardless but if I was totally blue, I would tell Urb not to waste his time. Kind of like Kyle Kali's did.
Living in Cincinnati my whole life, I obviously grew up a Reds fan. Watching the games at a younger age, I just loved how Barry Larkin played. I tried to get #11 in every sport for my number to be just like him. He was and still is my favorite baseball player of all time. Well deserved Barry and congrats!
Is Stonum still on scholarship? If they were to let him go after this, wouldn't that have opened up a spot for Arnett since they told him they were full?
but not only that, he's not 'limited' to be just a RB, this young man can play multiple positions. He does lack the top end speed but how many guys at 6'2" 230lbs are going to have it? Not very many. SIgn this young man up!
I guess Hoke could make his rounds to Caleb Stacey at Oak Hills and AJ Williams at Sycamore (all commits). Colerain, Sycamore and Oak Hills are all in the same league so they are pretty close to each other.
Michigan's had 3 guys that came from Colerain over the years, BJ Askew,Cobrani Mixon and Mister Simpson. They've had 4 kids that I can remember that went to Ohio, A few kids that went to Cincinnati. A few that went to Miami University, Kentucky, and the Bobcats. Another recruit last year was committed to Wisconsin, then was looking at Michigan but ended up at Kent State. I believe grades had a factor in that decision, FB Trayion Durham.
NOTE: i grew up and still live 10 minutes from Colerain High School. They were one of our rivals throughout school and had numerous family members that went to school there.
I can tell you that there are several sides of the story but this could have been avoided if the referees would have gotten control of the game. I'm not a big fan of either team but Cronin warned the referees NUMEROUS times that they needed to step in and start T'ing guys up. Well that never happened and we saw the end result. I thought Gates would be kicked off the team but apparently UC felt differently. The big difference between Gates and Blount was Gates didn't go after the fans too. I think Blount would have gotten a lesser punishment but when he attacked the Boise fans, that was the icing on the cake. Much like the Ron Artest and Detroit Pistons fans.
The part i don't understand is, how does Tu Holloway only get a one-game suspension? Is it because he's an All-American candidate? He did A LOT of the provoking throughout the game and his post-game interview was just sad..."People have to understand that this is like Duke-Carolina," Holloway said of the Crosstown Shootout. "I don't think people get that." No Tu we don't get it because you'd NEVER see a 'bench clearing brawl' between those 2 schools. They have too much class, respect and DISCIPLINE. They aren't "gangsters" like you..."That's what you're going to see from Xavier and Cincinnati," Holloway said. "We got disrespected a little bit before the game, guys calling us out. We're a tougher team. We're grown men over here. We've got a whole bunch of gangsters in the locker room -- not thugs, but tough guys on the court. And we went out there and zipped them up at the end of the game." Okay Tu, maybe he'll be on the new Godfather movies...smh
But there have been plenty of times where someone has thrown out some brief bullets on paywalled stuff. Just thought the "Brionte told him to take a Michigan visit" was pretty interesting and was hoping to hear a little more about it.
Mods can delete this thread if they want. It won't hurt my feelings, since I already got negged for just asking a question...

Jordan Glasgow at defensive tackle on 3rd and goal from the 1? He got pancaked of course. That’s just bad coaching.
From a poster on 247sports, maybe mom is on our side!

I don't mean to hijack your thread but we are traveling up from Cincinnati, OH and had a question. What time does the golf course open?
