Obviously the Madoff situation has had an impact on the how team spends money, and the financial shortcuts they take often do not work out.
As a diehard Mets fan, it's incredibly unlikely that this team has success while the Wilpons are owners unless they hit the lottery with young pitching talent like they did in 2015.
I paid ten bucks to get a month of mgoblue access or whatever it's called just to watch replays of the exibition games and it didn't even work. What a scam
False. I'm saying either sell 4500 seats and deal with the fact that not every student seat is going to be filled for Binghamton, or just sell 3000 in the first place. Don't change your policy at the last second.
I also remember lots of games even last year where the attendance from the general population was subpar, to say the least. Even games like Arkansas and lesser B1G games.

The problem I have is that you promise 4500 seats and then change your mind at the last second. It comes off as manipulative and just increases DB's already precarious reputation.
He wasn't known as a great guy? Read any set of reactions that have come out from former teammates today. There are stories of him holding up the team bus because he was signing so many autographs for fans.
Go to the video with the Keith Hernandez interview (the third one) and tell me he wasn't liked by his teammates. I really hope you were trolling on this one.

However, look at the yardage differential per game and/or just watch the games we have played this year and if you don't see an improved team, I'm not sure what you are looking at.

Because Louisvile under Petrino was consistently ranked and occasionallly in the top ten, Rutgers had a few very solid years with Ray Rice, and South Florida was #2 at one point in 2007, I'm calling this comment inane. They also obliterated everyone in their path under RR.
Arguing that WVU dismantling Oklahoma is irrelevant because Oklahoma loses a lot of big games is one of the dumbest things I have ever heard. They held an amazing offense well below what they had done all year and shredded them to bits. If beating Oklahoma doesn't count for anything, how did Boise State use beating them into gaining the #3 ranking during the season.

No, but I didn't know that it was a rule to play a 210 lb linebacker in the 3-3-5. The 5 linebackers with the most tackles on the 2007 West Virginia team were 225, 235, 240, 230, 230.
The players and the plays are far more important than the overall scheme. If the 2006 defense ran the 3-3-5, they would be have done their job stuffing the run.

We have the #2 offense in the country. Did you see what the Iowa D did to MSU today? Did you see what our offense did to that same Iowa D (excluding turnovers). So you are saying that horrible defenses don't work in the B10. Well obviously. I don't understand the need to fire RR immediately. If next year, when the two deep will be filled with non-freshman and people who have actually seen the field and the offense continues to gain experience and cut down on turnovers, we should be fine. I know people are upset and the last 2 1/2 years have not gone to plan. But if we fire RR we will be having this exact same conversation about a new coach 3 years from now.

Two notes on height/defensive rebouding
1. Taller teams probably attempt to block more shots - opens up opportunities for opponents' offensive rebounds
2. Eastern plays a 2-3 zone all the time, which is much harder to rebound out of than man to man
