1 year 17 weeks ago	Definition of Fun - doing something well TOGETHER	I like it.  I tell my kids the same thing regarding sports.  Having FUN playing sports isn't about goofing off and being silly.  It is about challenging yourself and playing well as a TEAM.  Thanks coach B.

1 year 26 weeks ago	gloves and jersey material	I'm wondering if this is a combination of the gloves the DB's are wearing and the jersey material.  I agree that it is almost like a velcro effect.  No way that should have brought Fitz down.  Those gloves are magic catching a football.  Maybe the jersey material should be changed.
1 year 35 weeks ago	remember it well	I was in grad school at the time, so awesome seats, 45-yard-line.  Was with my wife.  I remember screaming when he caught it and hugging my wife "he caught it!  he caught it!  he caught it!".  She looked at me and said, "are you crying?!".  It was VERY dusty at Michigan Stadium that afternoon.

2 years 2 weeks ago	It IS an easy one - foul ball	I've coached baseball for...ever.  It has nothing to do with the position of the player, it is the position of the ball.  If the ball is in foul territory, it is a foul ball.  Note: this is up until the time the ball passes the base.  If the ball hits the ground in fair territory and goes over the bag in fair territory and THEN goes in foul territory after the bag, it is a fair ball.  As described above, it was a FOUL ball since the fielder was on the bag, the ball did not go past the bag and it was in foul territory when it was touched.
2 years 18 weeks ago	Jumped the shark	The arena is very nice.  But the floor awful.  Does anybody ever say 'no' to Phil Knight?  Players keep slipping on the floor and I also can't see the mid-court line.  I wonder how it is for the refs.
2 years 36 weeks ago	Outstanding!	I was at the game with my 2 sons.  Sunday we went to the UG Printing store and my 12 YO asked if he could get a 1% shirt.  I had no idea what he was talking about.  He said it was the "shirt that Brock was wearing."  I'm proud that Brock's story was such an inspiration to him.  The shirt will be under the xmas tree.  (We did buy 2 "Worst State Ever" shirts while we where there. They wore them to school Tuesday.)
