I was having this problem by accessing a bookmark I’ve had in my iPhone for a decade. I freshly typed in “www.mgoblog.com” and it worked fine, so I updated my bookmark and have had no problem since. I’m guessing it was a http -> https translation that was causing a hang.
Disagree. Love the early Cali games. Breakfast and beer every Saturday. Take a nap after most of the games are done at 5pm. Ready to have a nice little evening.
This is also relevant to my interests. About to subscribe to SlingTV on AppleTV to watch tonight's Cal/Hawaii game, so I'll see how that goes. Am trying to find a way to catch BTN games though (in California). Is BTN available on PS Vue all throughout the US, or are you in Big Ten Territory?
In my mid/late 20's, already have a great MGoWife, also play Pokémon while I walk my dog. What's the problem? Is there not time for many things in life?
Some non booze items that are great to have: Luxardo cocktail cherries. A really good ginger beer. Cool copper Moscow Mule mugs, not department store boring ones.
West Coast checking in here. At the Philz headquarters drinking a large Ambrosia Coffee of God. As good as their coffee is, no one brews it like their baristas do in store.
Wow, what terrible questions for Harbaugh. Even the media is dying for OT season to end, and football season to start. There was maybe 1 questions about football, and mostly things like "I saw on twitter you went to Paris. Why did you go there?"
Jon Runyan has a cameo as a contruction worker in It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, in the America's Next Top Paddy's Billboard Model episode. Unfortunately, not as a beefcake model, just as a construction worker. GreenMan attempts to throw a ball at his nuts.
Rainy days will be interesting. Looks like the cheap seats will be nice and dry while they watch water pour down on the players and front row ticket holders. In Georgia, it seems like you'd want to enjoy some sunshine while sitting at a game. They'll also always have half the field in the shade. Weird choices.
I might recommend Maisonry. It's in a great area where you can walk around (and check out the fresh gardens of the French Laundry). It has an art gallery including a lot of metal worked goods (so not just paintings on a wall), and then there's a fantastic outdoor area where you can sit at a big table and order a bottle of wine and some food. It's not super cheap, but has a great wine selection of local vineyards and you can choose how much to order and what price range, rather than pay $10pp for tastings.
Yet another example of why verbal commits are dumb. They should move the date for written LOI up to fall, when every other high school senior is deciding where to go to school, and stop reporting verbal commits. Obviously you can't stop a kid from saying "I'm going here" but maybe we would stop talking about it (lol), and it would make signing day less of a way-too-late formality.
I would appreciate utilizing more of the wide screens we probably all use. Text from this site fills about 20% of my monitor at work, then there's just big blue panels on the sides. That might help shorten the articles vertically.
I'm almost positive they said right from the start that they will add multiple names to the patches as necessary. If Devin wins the Heisman this year, there's a good chance that in a few years his name will be added to that jersey. Much in the same way there are 3 names on the #11 jersey (obviously for a different reason, but same concept).
We also all need to realize that Denard, Gardner, Funchess, Gallon, Touissant, and Kovacs are not likely to become Michigan legends. What I mean by that is that #21 became a Legends jersey 20 years after Desmond Howard won the Heisman. #2 is still not a legends jersey. Really good players that are on the team right now is not the same as somone who was the absolute best in the country, or top 10 in Michigan history. Once one of these players wins a Heisman (or becomes President), I think we should start talking about a new Legend.
You might as well get into the stadium an hour early for more warm ups. There may not be a Victor's walk, but if you go to the parking lot by Crisler you can at least see the busses arrive and players walk in.
26 yr old male UM engineering grad, probably the only one on here, in San Francisco. I throw, write, and carry things right handed, but I dance with both. Married to an mgowife, no kids. Favorite pagan god is Chuck Pagano.
Having a lovely bottle of Goosecross Petite Sirah while the mgowife and I watch Michael Cox finish up, then starting the last season of Friday Night Lights. We miss college football.
Maybe it's just because of the positive outlook on our QB situation, but this is one of your best columns, Mathlete. I'm a big fan of your number crunching in general, but this one did a great job of connecting tangible results to a number based probablity of success.
I've been playing NCAA 12 and NHL 10 lately, and some NBA JAM a while back (highly recommend). Anybody tried a more recent NHL game? NHL 10 is still pretty good IMO
Is it just me or does Speight have kind of an odd throwing motion, that actually seems to benefit him quite well? It seems like he has very little wind up motion, so his entire motion seems really quick. At least in highlight videos, it doesn't seem to affect his power or accuracy as he completed very accurate long bombs and short passes.
On the Taco sack, Strobel looks even more impressive. If Taco didn't get bumped into getting the sack, Strobel would have had it by completely dominating his blocker and pushing him back to the QB, granted, I think it was a walk on.
Or are there really this many people playing in California? I just downloaded and being a new app I was surprised at how many players I've collided with in the last couple minutes.

The obvious answer is Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade > Raiders of the Lost Ark >> Temple of Doom >>>>>>> Crystal Skull
I think he has Boneitis.

This was also the count that stood out to me. Everything is outstanding.

Is it just me or does Jake Ryan always have a bit of the Crazy Eyes going on? I don't think he ever blinks.
I appreciate the brutal honesty and confidence at the end of this comment. Good for you, sir.
Also, congrats Qmatic.

While I agree, not for kids, and not when on a budget. $300pp.

Snoop Dogg smoked too much weed before agreeing to film this. Which is why it's amazing.
Points? I need those.
Apparently Mr. Yost will be starting threads to cure his boredom, off to a fast start with 3 of the last 5.

Don't forget about Will Campbell on O-line for the Jets. #65 if he plays.
For everything except the part about DG. At least I didn't feel robbed in this article by not being an insider.
Jordan Kovacs just made a tackle. In the NFL. (sort of).
Sorry for the OT, but Dolphins are pretty close to Sharks anyway.
Since we already have Drake Harris on the roster, the names on their jerseys will have to be Da Harris, and even better, Dr Harris

I think Graff is secretly a Kansas booster
Jack Miller got a huge initial bump on him to get him on his heels, then proceeded to dominate Morgan. Great play by both of them.

Trust this guy, he was my RA in Bursley. Keep on merging and acquiring, Boz.
I'm playing as Gob Bluth, and there seems to be a Gobias (as in, Gobias some coffee) following me. I'm hoping they're riding the same bus as me.
