I watched LaVall play in high school and followed him a bit with Butler where he played then coached. I'd like to hope this helps him reel in Trevon as he should know most of the weaknesses of going to Butler outside of basketball.
I live in Tallahassee, FL the home of one of his choices... Not sure when his visit was here, but I can tell you I'd much rather be in Michigan right now. Summer temps during the day range from a low of 75 up to 105 with high humidity. The first month or 2 of the season is tough as well down here, with game time temps usually in the 90's (and FSU can't sell out games). He may be used to the heat, but hopefully the refreshing temps of the Michigan air will sell him on Ann Arbor.
This job is going to be more difficult to hire for then most think. The problem, the negative Detroit media that is so close breathing down the fresh meats neck.
There aren't many other schools that have this problem with a big city within 30 or so miles other then maybe USC and Miami, FL (who's fanbases are very fairweather). Examples: Florida State (Tallahasse has 150k peeps and closest big city is J'ville (2.5 hrs)), Oklahoma - OK City pop 500k, Texas, Alabama, Auburn (you wouldn't believe where it was if you looked on a map), Florida, LSU, Oregon, Penn State, etc.

I like that there's a prominent picture of GRob in this article that is entirely focused on the offense. He was terrible.
